Sean is an intelligent rational person and I think he's playing (disappointingly) a bit of devil's advocate, and I hear what you're saying. However I think at this moment in time it's pretty clear, even to us, that this was indeed a deliberate attack. More than one missile hit this target after all, pretty much eliminating any kind of "defensive accident".
This is a legal matter, and in such matters it is best to be open-minded and precise.People jumping to conclusions has caused a lot of damage.

He doesn't hesitate at all, he was just looking at the evidence and diligently interpreting the data available to him and briefly explaining why he thinks the Russians excuses are baseless in this case. Also, he doesn`t imply that it would be a first for the Russians. He just follows the basic principle that the more serious an accusation, the more solid the evidence to support it should be, which he believes he has seen in this case.
There is a difference between diligence and indifference. What he most likely had in the back of his mind was the incidence in Odesa (?) where the available data suggested that the missile that hit the city centre was possibly aimed at a legitimate military target and went slightly off course due to a malfunction, or was aimed short in the first place. That didn`t mean a war crime could be ruled out but merely that with the evidence available it could not be ruled out that for once the Russians were just being truthful.
If Russia says they didn’t do it, then that means that they did do it. 😂
What I saw was more than one missile and this is not first time a Hospital or Healthcare center has been hit

Same day, a maternity hospital in Kyiv was also hit. Not an accident.

Russia is using its rarest & most expensive weapons on valueless targets, to force Ukraine to move defences away from front line & industrial areas. It's desperation - and backfired as NATO has agreed more defence weapons to protect these hospitals, without Ukraine needing to reduce protection elsewhere - or it could even increase it.

If you remember several weeks ago there was a boy dying on the Crimean beach after a Ukrainian ATACMS missile was shot down by a russ SAM? So the father of that boy is a kind of an important person in russia a governor or something like that. Maybe the shelling of a children hospital in Kyiv is somehow connected to that boy?

Sean, it was quite clearly a AIM-120 from NASAMS air defence.
You can see the four canards round the middle.
Also the relatively slight damage is not consistent with the 450kg warhead of a KH-101 and much better matches the 40 pounds of the AIM-120 with shrapnel causing the broken windows of the building opposite.
It was a Kh-101 (Russian: Х-101; NATO reporting name: AS-23 "Kodiak") is a Russian subsonic air-launched cruise missile.
The missile was not hit by Ukrainian air defence. As the various videos show the missile was intact right before it hit the children´s hospital.
Obviously the Russians intended to bomb the hospital.
