According to the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe (every volume) Nova was never made an official member of the team. She was Johnny Storm’s friend / romantic interest and an ally of the team briefly, but she never joined.
There was an issue recently where Reed summoned all previous ff members, they were in that group. At least hulk certainly was as he was focused on in the story as not wanting to be seen by the others. Just double checked, it was issue 2&3 of the current Dan slott run. They're all there. Along with herbie lol.

None of the characters you mention were ever official members of the team. They were longtime allies, but never official roster position holders. That’s straight from the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe.
