It’s looking sooo good now. Almost feels like you’ll soon be dried in and ready for the internal fit out.. I always comment this, but it staggers me every week that you’re doing this solo and that you must feel immensely proud of yourself every time you hit the crest of the driveway and see your home rising from the earth! Bravo sir. Bravo!
Coming together super quick, the 2nd floor will be challenging but I’m sure you will make that happen one way or another. Nice job Ross, Happy New Year
Happy New Year. Glad you had some good quality family time over Christmas. Looking forward to the build continuing in 2025, but be safe. You don’t need holes in your new floor or missing fingers.
Looking awesome. You can use a roto hammer to drive the rebar if you have one. I used mine to drive 8’ grounding rods into the ground. Drives like butter. Thanks for sharing!
Salut, Tout prend forme et cela donne une belle habitation tradionnelle dans un superbe environnement, bravo pour ce magnifique travail et bonne continuation pour ton projet "Happy new year" ❤👍
Everything is looking great! Just as an FYI, make sure your wiring holes are PERFECTLY in line and clean. Just the slightest misalignment or wood shavings will cause you quite a bit of grief when running your wires. Ask me how I know !!!
You got it going on and going up! It's looking great! By this time next year, you will be moved in and really looking out the window! I am looking forward to seeing just how you're gonna get the second floor up!? Have a great weekend! 😉🇺🇸🎃😿
Happy new year my friend, you do great work, I love watching you,you keep me inspired to keep working on my on projects, keep up the good work and God bless you through out the new year 🙏
Another great video! Your "side" comments always crack me up. Looks like another mild winter so far in the Hills! Great working weather. Question, when your camera tips over and "we" hit our head on the ground, can "we" claim workers comp, asking for a friend 🤣🤣🤣
Being a 64 year old man, I would cut Your rebar and wrangle make it a whole lot. Easier to drive might have to make an extra cut depends how long the rebar is will save you a lot of wear and tear on your body. Here is truly an old man.😎
Weird. I entered a comment, and it disappeared! Lol. So you recorded a re-cording? Maybe a first, but having done the same thing myself I know the drill.😂 It is looking better every week. Did Father Christmas bring a new camera stand?
What's the plan for wild fires, your home will auto ignite from radiant heat or burn from ember attack, glazing needs to be fire rated, and have mesh screens for ember attack
Hate to tell you this but it will be April before it warms up. Just gets colder every day. Glad I’m not there. Things look great. Moving right along. Any of the kittens ever come back? I was just asking about the cat and there she is. We usually have a batch every year in the shop. Then they leave and always come back.☺️
@ if you have as many coyotes as we have I’m not surprised. Last year we had a mountain lion wonder out of the corn field into our yard while I was on my scooter and it scared the daylights out of me. It was big. I’m guessing it came from your neck of the woods.
For future use. Get a block of ivory soap and use that as drill lube. Used that in shop class when drilling oak. Great progress. Happy new year!
Appreciate the tip! Happy New Year!
Excellent AGAIN son! Keep up the great work!❤
Thank you Mom! 🙏
You need some of our 37 degree Celsius, merry Christmas and happy new year from Melbourne, Australia 🇦🇺

Wow, looks fantastic 👍❤️
In your electrical holes just put wire from bottom up as you go higher. Makes it way easier to pull all your wire in when ready
I appreciate the tip!

Hi from Murray KY
Great vid 👍 💪
Happy new year looking good
Maybe maybe make spread to help with long logs just a hint to save time solo
Probably a good idea!

Happy New Year 2025 aus Niederbayern Oberspechtrain. Du braucht's noch ein Kollege der dir hilft.
Happy New Year! Germany eh? I just looked up Bavaria, looks like beautiful country!
Use a.inpack drill.or hammer drill to pound in the rebar
✔️☑️
Is that tree on the corner going to interfere with your roof line? Pretty good job just by yourself.
Very much appreciated, I’ll have to trim some branches. I’m hoping to keep the tree, but if it causes issues down the line, I’ll take it out.
Question?
What are you installing in between the logs?
Sheep’s wool for insulation and synthetic chinking over that
Huh, I decided to watch a second time and noticed that the tag on your scarf makes it look like you're wearing a clerics collar.😂
😃🤣 a second run through! 🏆!!
Happy New Year. Yeah just like a cat only show up when hungry. Dogs rule cats drool. lol.
😂😂😂

Angle it sorry about that
Happy new year.i was wondering if you have any conection to Greece?your last name sounds nery Greeke
Happy New Year. Not sure about Greece, possibly, but I believe our last name is Italian.
Where is the weight transfer from log to log? Thru the few sticks of rebar alone? Seems like sagging will follow
A shim or rebar every couple feet, I don’t foresee those large rounds moving anywhere
Hopefully your cat sticks around. They are good for keeping the rodents away.
Weird. I entered a comment, and it disappeared! Lol.
So you recorded a re-cording? Maybe a first, but having done the same thing myself I know the drill.😂 It is looking better every week. Did Father Christmas bring a new camera stand?
Haha thank you! Something was delivered on my porch this morning!
It wasn't me who sent it, but I have one ready to send if you need it. 😉
in central greece 30 klm from were i leave there is a small village called δαμασι which is how your name is spelled in greeke.
That’s pretty cool! Must be a nice little town! 😌
What's the plan for wild fires, your home will auto ignite from radiant heat or burn from ember attack, glazing needs to be fire rated, and have mesh screens for ember attack
I appreciate the concern. You can take measures for fire prevention, but if a forest fire happens it happens.
happy 2025, a question but how do you plan to fill the spaces?
Sheep’s wool for insulation and synthetic chinking over that.
problem to start the engine .......look for Water in your gaz .......
I think it was just the cold this time! Fortunately
Hate to tell you this but it will be April before it warms up. Just gets colder every day. Glad I’m not there. Things look great. Moving right along. Any of the kittens ever come back? I was just asking about the cat and there she is. We usually have a batch every year in the shop. Then they leave and always come back.☺️
Haven’t seen the kittens and this is only the 2nd or 3rd times seeing momma since the kittens.
