Your videos were the first I started watching when I got into skating about 9 months ago. I’ve learned lots of my skills on both inlines and quads from you. I recently just started roller derby bootcamp and had to learn to do all kinds of warmups and stretches….while on skates. Most insane thing I’ve ever done in my life thus far 😭 this community is crazy lmao
Alright. I'm actually a beginner quad skater, BUT these inline tutorials still help me. I've even decided to go inline too once I get better with quads. Btw, that song is really good. Keep it up 💪🏾🛼
I don't usually warm up before skating however if I am on the trail just before I start a 20 or so mile journey I do a few short strides at lowish speed then brake somewhat hard turn around and repeat a little faster a few times just to make sure that the skates and wheels feel right for beginning a long skate.
So how much do I have to skate before being able to do any of this? I love it, but I don't think I'm experienced enough to do these. Also, I feel like my feet are on fire after going around 50 meters uphill. Any advice? Do I just need to keep skatinf?
those are all exercises done from the first day. When i went to lessons last year from the first day on skates the instructor made us spend the first 20minutes of every lesson doing all that. It may be difficult the first times, but it gets easy. Just keep trying
Would roller skating help me loose thigh fat? Or would it build the muscles which would result in a more bulky thigh look? (My goal is to loose not to build😅)
Hello polly. I’m a beginner for rollerblading. So I have a question can you help me? My rollerblader is 4- 80mm. But only middle two wheels touch the floor . Is it should be like that?
FIRST PIN?

Woah what a cameraman!!! Love you baby
Thanks for filming 😘🥰
Thanks for this. An off skate workout and stretch routine would be great, especially one that can be done anywhere.
You're literally God send. This is the kind of content i've been looking forward to recently
Oh yay! 😃🙏🤙

Nope
Your wheels are rockered. Do you like it? What skates do you have?
@@PollySkates it’s Inline skates. So rockered is little bit difficult for beginners?
What are your favorite stretches for when you’ve been skating a lot and you’re feeling sore from it?
