  • Railroad Diamond In Greenwich, Ohio On 3 CSX Main Lines. Radar Speed Check On Huge Intermodal Train. Trains With DPUs And A Big Loaded Coke Train! 6 Track Level Railroad Crossing. Listen to the locomotives on the mixed freight as it hits the diamonds running toward Cleveland, Ohio. A horn salute & 5 Trains are in this video.
The Greenwich railroad diamonds are CSX but Wheeling & Lake Erie Railway also passes through the area. I have a video of WLE train passing eastbound here. This is my third and final video from Greenwich. I rode up here with Scott @1960gambit and we spent most of the day here. It was very hot and humid that day so I finally wore a hat.
The first train is an eastbound CSX double stack intermodal train with some pigs on the rear. The next train is a westbound double stack intermodal train. I did a radar speed check on this train. It wasn't going very fast so I put the unit away after that train passed us.
The third train is a westbound intermodal train. The fourth train is an eastbound manifest that hit the diamonds. Listen to the awesome clanking sound of the train as it crosses the diamond.
The fifth train is northbound CSX coke train heading to a steel mill somewhere. If you know where this train is going leave a comment below. This was my favorite train. Notice how tall the Coke Express cars are with the extensions. The locomotives sounded pretty good crossing the diamond also. We have the pets playing at the end and the slide show that comes from this video. All new pets playing live action on the JawTooth Compound somewhere in a remote area of Ohio!
Filmed Tuesday, July 11, 2023 in 1080p with 60fps. Thanks for watching!

A set of tracks thats like Plinko. They come into town but you're not always certain which curve or through track they're going to take. Watching the rapid acceleration of the Coke Express you just know he can't miss his window of opportunity combined with the frustration of sitting for hours. With only about sixteen Coke plants left in the USA there is substantial travel to final destinations. Truly coverage from every angle

Howdy JT! Greenwich is turning out to be quite the hot spot. That one line must be a primary route for CSX's inter-modal service. It runs about 1/2 mile from my house, and the inter-modals are the majority of the trains I see coming through. Might have to figure out their freq for this area and maybe listen in... do some recording.
