The throttle to 20 and peddle assist 25 mph speed restriction is a deal breaker.
Nothing wrong with this bike unless a seat adjusted at basket level would have your rear hitting the basket. It could have done with a bit more throttle speed. The motor looks different somehow. Like a non geared motor almost. Overall looks good.
