I do when a doll has bubble head syndrome, I use my thumb or hold by head to help the head to straight if not laying down

I got this doll on a really good clearance. She is gorgeous and her hair is so nice and full. Usually I don’t like tinsel, but this type doesn’t have that annoying thread that separates , it’s just the shiny strand so it’s not bothering me.
Love all those accessories. Wish I could sit her down though.

The pink and green mascara is by maybeline and the mascara wand is exactly the same as the mini one that comes with this doll! I love the toy makeup and nail polish!! So cute!
I really like these mermaze mermaids dolls but I have trouble with the price because they need better tail articulation. I’m hoping for some good sales so I can get these dolls. I don’t need the color change or gimmicks as long a they look good and have good articulation. I do like the storytelling accessories and extra clothes included

I love this doll! Just saw her the other day while looking online for dolls and man she’s stunning! Glad you’re doing a review!
I have all the first wave dolls and the heads are all tilted to the right on them, I think the packaging plus the weight of the hair is not doing them any favors. I do with the head had a sturdy articulation. I do like these dolls a lot, I didn't at first. The first wave has no stands but they stay upright if you lean them against something.
Good video. I don't have any Mermaze. This one is pretty. Nothing creepy about her eyes.

I was never able to get into Mermaze. I wasn't a fan of the inarticulated tails and the molded on top on Orra was a huge turnoff for me. I also am not really a fan of gimmick dolls, and I can't help but see these dolls as overpriced gimmick dolls. Nera looks cool though and I wouldn't mind getting her on a really good sale. And something with Nera specifically, when she used the words 'prep' and 'goth' to describe herself and her style in the Mermaze webisodes, it really reminded me of Ebony Dementia Raven Way from the infamous Harry Potter trollfiction "My Immortal" ("My Immortal" is basically a parody of the typical cringey Harry Potter fanfiction tropes and it has terrible grammer.), because Ebony constantly describes herself as a 'goth' and talks about how much she hates 'preps' in it. I don't know if MGA meant to reference one of the worst fanfictions ever written, or if Nera using those words is just a coincidence though.
