Yes, please do an updated Rainbow High hair cleaning video! Whatever the product is that MGA is using in their dolls’ hair with the releases of the new series for both Rainbow High and Shadow High is a pain the butt to wash out because it’s so stubborn. I just got Rosie Redwood from Shadow High and it took me FIVE washes to get all the “gel”, or whatever the product is, out of her hair. Btw, Sunny is an animation focus and Luna is a film focus. Also, I don’t particularly like long nails on dolls either. They kinda creep me out, tbh…

Completely agree on absolutely hating the super long nails. I clipped a couple on Scarlett to test out how it would look. I haven't committed to clipping them all yet
I was sad that I waited to long to buy Poppy's Runway doll, so when I was these at a bit of discount on Amazon I bought them. I don't have a big collection of dolls but I love Sunny's doll. As the dolls appear to be getting simpler, it made me want these more!

That's great that you were able to get them :) I am not a Sunny fan, so I only want it for Luna. I'm thinking of getting it and then reselling Sunny, or gifting her to someone. Luna is so pretty, and it's nice that she is here in her wonderful greyscale colors
Sunny's crocks are just the cutest shoes I have ever seen. This pack is really cool, especially for that price. We never get mark downs like that in Europe!

I love this two pack. Still love my OG Sunny because she looks so different. I am selling a lot of my collection trying to downsize. I did get the new ILY Sven Boy doll at Hollywood Studios 😁 He’s so cute with blue streaks in his hair. Want the Asian Ariel with purple hair too. My new policy is if I get new dolls have to get rid of old ones. I would return your set to Target since earring is missing. They are really good with returns 😁
I would, but I already got rid of the box. I didn't realize the earring was already missing until I was editing the footage. Oh well

I don't like the super long nails on Sunny it works for Luna, though. I changed Luna's tops. I didn't care for them. I put Heather's second outfit tops on her instead.

Yes ! I HATE THE LONG NAILS TOO. 😅 regular long nails are ok, but these are excessive....You can easily cut off with scissors or nail cutters. I did. And they make redressing difficult.
I completely agree about the nails, I absolutely HATE them. 🤣 Long nails on dolls look goofy and ick to me. I get so mad when I see a cute doll but they done put them wiggly things on their fingers. 😩
I got mine were 34 not a bad price but you got a great deal. My favorite pieces are Sunny's purse and Luna's skirt. Great review.❤

Wish Luna got to keep her body suit, maybe it would have looked to bulky and that's why it was removed.
I really love this set even though Sunny’s hair gel is a nightmare to wash out and then I couldn’t figure out how to style it back into the original style. Whatever product MGA uses in their hair really is stubborn in these later releases.
I got them at Target too. That’s gel in Sunny’s hair did not want to come out. I gave up and put rollers in and it’s just as hard as before😂 I clicked you link anyway and saw the Storm Twins are on sale for $45. If they were $20ish I’d get them. It’s only they 10th and I already bought 3 new dolls when I’m supposed to be on a NoBuy😭

I hate those nails too. I liked it when they started having the little manicures, but these are bizarre. Real long nails like these are usually not well maintained underneath. I always picture food and crud there.
They dont really seem to be in scale either. Lol I have a ton of opinions and I dont even collect dolls
I displayed my Sunny in a way where her nails are covered she's in between Harper and Deliah. I have all three sets of twins. These two are the only ones not displayed together.

I don’t know if this helps, but I ordered an LOL OMG (from the LOL site) and it was missing part of the stand. I contacted MGA and they sent me a stand replacement no problem. Not sure if it’s different when buying from another retailer though.

Hey Chad I've got a question about sunny's hair. After washing all of the gel out and let her hair air dry I have covered out that her hair isn't that silky and shiny as other RH dolls. I also covered out that every version of sunny is the same as this one. Does RH that on purpose?😅

Are shadow high goth?
Not really? I mean some of them might have gothic inspiration in their design, but overall I would say no. Shadow high is not a good representation of what "Goth" style is.
