These videos are fascinating but I wish they could put up subtitles that label the ingredients they're adding. Most of them I either have never seen or don't recognize. But I do love your videos. Thanks for sharing! 🙂💜
All those are Korean rice cake (ddeok) meaning that most of the ingredients are rice powder (both glutinous and nonglutious rice mixed) . And the colored ones - part of all kinds of ddeok- inserted between them are red bean, black bean, pumpkin, mugwort, agave, black sesame seed, edible petals (mostly healthy vegetables and seeds)..etc. Most of the ddeok taste sweet.

@Dam crispy sweet rice is mashed and kneaded into a paste, then things are added to make it into a dense chewy cake.
