Perfectly delivered step-by-step with a little review or two along the way. Calm and slow like a bedtime story. Thank you!

Hi Doctor Robinson. I saw you a couple of times at Sherborne, glencarn house. I had been diagnosed with M.E and fibromyalgia. It doesn't look as if that's what I have at all. But in fact, mast cell activation and histamine intolerance. I'm very sick. This all came to light when I got covid two years ago. I'm now battling long covid. I picked it up at Dorchester hospital. I have just had scans a lung biopsy, and a brain scan, because of constant headaches since covid. The brain scan was clear, so the headaches are not brain cancer. I'm starting radiotherapy in a few weeks. But I have lost nearly three stone for no reason. Since covid my body is inflammed, inside and out. The weight loss isn't cancer. I have been given H1 and H2 blockers which doesn't do much. I went to a functional doctor that did a couple of tests. I have high levels of zonulin. Several bacterias in my gut. I have been I'll for 42 years, and it's got worse since covid, now long covid. My gastroenteroligist says a severe case of IBS. My GP can't do any of the hast cell tests I need. I react very badly to most medications. I don't know where to go for help. I have never felt so I'll in all my life. I beleave that mast is the root cause of all my years of I'll health and misery. If it hadn't been for covid, and Doctor Tina Peers in London. I would never have known. Please do you have any advice. And who can do the tests for mast. Thank you so much. Eileen. Hartman. I'm nearly 74 now.

Thank you very much for this comprehensive explanation! I just found your channel as it got recommended to me. I am wondering about my recent blood test result that showed extremely high histamine levels (outside of the normal scale). I had COVID for the first time in May 2023, ironically just as the USA (where I live) declared the pandemic to be over. I have yet to discuss my blood work with my doctor as the results were posted on the lab portal right before our Thanksgiving holiday. I can identify with some of the symptoms you are describing and I have never had asthma, IBS or asthma. Anyway, I am going to watch part two of your video now 👍❤

Oops I meant to say hayfever, not asthma twice.

Hi Ladybug - thanks for your comments. I am happy to help patients who are suffering from Long Covid. What a miserable condition it is.
Your high histamine levels are interesting and it confirms to me that you need to try H1 and H2 blockers in combination - as you will have found out about in Part 2. This treatment brings symptomatic relief but will not cure the problem. I believe your MCAS will settle with time as the whole inflammatory process throughout your body settles - and this will be aided by the measures that I outlined in Part 2 - namely nutritional advice, sleep hygiene and mind-body practices. I hope that helps. Spread the word about my series - also on Podcast (Long Covid Doctor) if you think others in the Long Covid community might benefit. Very best wishes. @@byzantineladybug9471

We used the 32 day ArtemiC Rescue and ArtemiC Support combo, and it worked well for us for both short and long covid.😅

@@LongRonnybyebye Thanks. Interesting - Boswellia Curcumin and Vit C - all good anti-oxidants. I am glad they were successful in dealing with your Long Covid symptoms. Well done and happy days.

Hello doctor, I don’t know if you can help me in any way. I caught Covid 19 last October and I’ve been bed bound ever since. Main symptoms are extreme fatigue, extreme light intolerance, sound intolerance and brain fog. I’ve had fatigue on and off for 16 years since I caught EBV. The GPs have done many blood tests, sleep tests. Last year it was shown that I had raised para protein in my blood. I do get hayfever but I haven’t had hayfever symptoms. It seems near impossible to get referred to a long covid clinic( I’m from south east London) - I really don’t know what to do. I’m in. Pretty desperate situation and the GPs don’t seem to know what to do. Can you suggest how I can proceed please? 🙏
