@@nicball4719 Lots of bands release lots os albums entirely in Welsh, every year... The ability to do so is usually related to the fact that that Welsh is their first language...
I would this track and album fuzzy logic over and over and over back in 90s in my car between London and anglesey North Wales when a regular visitor to the lovely place SFA MAGIC BAND!! Love to all, dave west London ❤
So very true. This era was magnificent. Ice Hockey Hair. Bass Tuned to D.E.A.D. Mountain People. In my head this song is about 7 minutes long. That they convey such an epic feeling into basically a 3 minute pop song is, indeed, some kind of mastery ❤
24 years ago!!!! where do the years go? Fuzzy logic was, and still is a masterpiece. Saw them live 3 times in the 90's. Certainly know how to put on a show. Magical.
i heard of this band like a year ago but only 2months ago actually sat down and listened to them. i regret not doing it sooner. definitely my favorite band now
If you don't want me to destroy you Take a leaf out of my book Turn it round and have a look Because I don't want you to destroy me I'll commit myself to be In and out of every tree Gravity You just hold me down so quietly You just pull me back When the insects fly all around you Do you reach and aim a hit Or do you lie around a bit? Hey SFA! Love this song so much, saw you 4 times before I even turned 18 and twice after, my mum met you at leeds in 2006 when you were wearing a granny mask...she say -middle finger-. (If you remember you may not :D). My first gig ever and new look sold out of control tops worked perfect. Yes I am as pissed as a fart, and soooo what, 16 years since that first gig and I love you and music so much more so.
subtle nods to the video for 'strawberry fields' throughout. quite right too. the sfa are up there with the royalty of british psych bands! i for one am rather glad they didn't reach the same commercial heights as the stereophonics or mxxxxx sxxxxx pxxxxxxxx coz it makes then feel more precious somehow....
Could this classic furrys track be played alongside ukraine russian war casualty footage? Music is a world language after all ! Peace and love to ukraine and russian people.
Glastonbury '97 . They played on the stage where our tent was pitched . We were spoiled music wise back then ,boy I miss the 90s
the 90s miss you lad
@BriefIllness .. anything seemed possible back then pal❤
This band has not recieved enough credit. They are bloody brilliant.
Teenage Fanclub and SFA have both been turning out solid gold albums for the last 20 years and they get no credit.
Anyone who knows anything about good music and proper bands knows SFA are 100% legit solid gold.

Better than bloody brilliant! Only band I know that can release an entire album in Welsh

If there's a better song recorded in the history of popular music, I'm yet to hear it.
Fantastic song, one of my highlights of 1996, an astonishing year for British guitar bands, of which SFA were one of the actual best.

This song just needed to be in a film and it would have been huge
Super Furries: masters of the outro.
Heh Heh, very true that. 😁

The greatest-ever Welsh band. Simply Brilliant.

A love letter to The Beatles and Sir Isaac Newton.
One of the best songs of my childhood, very happy times!! Loved SFA!
Some great bands and records around in the 90s. The last golden era.
Great band the video always reminded me of The Beatles Stawberry Fields one probably stoned off their heads to making it
The greatest band of the Britpop era (even though they were never Britpop).
Fletcher Wilkinson not really
I agree.. Fuckin phenomenal song writing and a great voice
They were a bit, but mostly alternative rock.
I would say they were abit too late to the scene to be britpop,, they were good though!
Everybody needs this band in their lives
That's lovely and so true
I'll keep spreading the word
i heard of this band like a year ago but only 2months ago actually sat down and listened to them. i regret not doing it sooner. definitely my favorite band now
Welcome to the SFA fandom, new devotee. We are a small but ardent group.
greatest band in the last 25 years.....fact
That honor belongs to ween, mang.
They only have 6.3k subscribers 😯What the heck is wrong with the world?! This band is the soundtrack to some of my best memories, thank you SFA! 👽👍
I was in art college aged bout 17 when this was released. I live in South Wales Pontypridd, so they were “one of outs” great times!!!
Epic mat, over the valley from you. 😎👍🏻❤️🏴
I was in art college in the Midlands at age 16. Great times 😊
The best record of the 90s. Masterpiece
A classic 90's tune, 100% perfection 😎👍
CLASS.
A highly underrated and overlooked band.
Many a happy night at their gigs around the time of the “Guerrilla” album…
I always remember my earliest memory of loving music and guitars is seeing them do this song on Jools Holland live.
I've loved this song for many years. To me it sounds quite Bowie-esque.
This track always makes me tear up a bit.
Maybe cos you know we cannot go back ??
Your not the only one dude.
At least we lived it - pray for the youth @@billy78son77
Amazing tune, reaches places other songs fail to reach! :)
How the fuck have Coldplay sold more records than sfa? The mind boggles.
Easily one of the best bands of the 90s..

What a unique band! Total love to you guys!
My uncle loved this song, I never really met him properly I was 3 when he passed, but I feel like I know him when I listen to it ❤️

Your uncle might have been such a cool dude! :) Cheers from Brazil.
If you don't want me to destroy you
Take a leaf out of my book
Turn it round and have a look
Because I don't want you to destroy me
I'll commit myself to be
In and out of every tree
Gravity
You just hold me down so quietly
You just pull me back
When the insects fly all around you
Do you reach and aim a hit
Or do you lie around a bit?
And when the animals gather round you
Do you ask them for the time
Or do you run away and whine?
Gravity
You just hold me down so quietly
You just pull me back...
Gravity
You just hold me down so quietly
You just pull me down to earth
Let me grow into the depths of your infinity
I can sense your presence in the vicinity...
What lyrics,unreal tbh
what a song. loved it at the time, love it now.
It hasn't dated one bit!
The most underrated song of the 90's along with Geneva's Tranquilizer.
The Beastie Boyos
I'd love to meet Griff for a chat, this is an anthemic tune and I'm from Ammanford where the streets ain't tree lined!!
Mountain People is such a good tune ❤
Easily the best Welsh band ever...comfy

‘I can sense your presence in the vicinity...’
Super strawberry animals forever
Forgot how good this is! Has a Donovan Hurdy Gurdy Man about it towards the end.
the last minute of this song is pure gold (I think they should have built the whole of it around that bit)
super furry animals never get old
Still true........

Reminds me of the video for Dear God by XTC
Where was this filmed anyone know?
This song is great!!!! Oh by the way at 0:44 look at slightly above the insect and you'll see a wire... Sorry I just had to... Great song though
Ally Bradley they definitely weren’t trying to hide the wire.
The best.
Por qué será que no puedo olvidarte...
As good as it gets. Stunning tune :)
Imagine if this was part 6 outro
I remember seeing this late on some Irish RTE bullshit channel in the 90s and I was blown away. It's a perfect pop song.
I'll make careful notes. I'd rather Gruf didn't destroy me.
God Bless. My fuckin 90s oasis
