Robert Gordon was one of my earliest inspirations. When I was just the right age, he was all over the radio in DC as a hometown boy made good. I loved his records. The first person to really kick rockabilly into the mainstream for the first revival, long before the Stray Cats. He was one of the greats. May he Rest In Peace.
