  • Long-format single camera video of forming the center-section 0.025 wing ribs for a Bearhawk Patrol using flow and hammer forming. I suspect the 'secret sauce' for many technique videos gets lost in editing, so other than titles, this is 25+ minutes of uninterrupted video.

      2024-T3 in .025 for nose and outer wing, control surface ribs and .032 for some of the center ribs near the wing root where the 27 gallon fuel tank is mounted in each wing. Cold forming is something that you do not usually do for 2024-T3, but the nature of the bends and NDI allow any problem ribs to be culled or repaired.
