Thanks for showing all of the mallet strikes to get the cases to pop apart👍 What is the square-bit tool called that you used to remove the stripped bolt head after drilling it out? Very cool :)

I have an old set of straight fluted screw extractors. Like these:

I am going to pull apart a ct-90 motor apart because it was seized up, Broke it loose but does not sound good when i rotate it. Question: Where are you going to source a place to replace all the stripped Phillip screws, I started tearing down my motor and was only able to get them out using a impact driver. Also any and all the gaskets ??. I do know of dr.atv , but if you have any other sources can you share. Thanks

If you watch more of my videos I talk about fasteners. I bought stainless cap head fasteners from Bolt Depot. You can order them in various lengths as needed. For gaskets, I show the gasket kit I used in one of my videos. It is a Vesrah kit you can find on eBay.
