Started my stay small channel because I watched all the big channels which influenced my uninformed ass to buy budget cars they recommended and with Upgrades, can perform as good as...bla bla. Started watching small channels with creators who drive their trucks! Wow! That's what I do. So, I bagged the big boys, subbed to lesser known channels, and even started my own. All that to say.. Great video mate it will be good to see the uprade,s on the 82 sorry fms are being rubbish with there service. Hopefully the orders come through soon. Let's hope in 2025 they do better. With the filming it is tricky i try and do some bits with the camera static and some motion bits where i run along side it like an idiot and normally end up falling down a hole 😅 But if im driving 2 it will be all static camera shots. Sometimes I use the filming as a reason just to get out with the rc,s and enjoy them or they would sit on the shelf way more . And I also get what you mean with some channels not respecting or appreciating the free rc,s . I get pissed if the box is damaged let alone throwing it around and ripping it open. I will say this and it’s in my description, I make videos first for myself/ if I don’t like it I don’t upload, 2nd for my family and friends so we can remember our little rc adventures and access those memories easily and 3rd for what little if any return viewers I have because even though it’s not on the top of the list their input is important to me and is always appreciated. Big channel’s we’re small channel’s once but it does feel like once they get sponsors and the free stuff their format changes and becomes stale. I like being small, I like being the outcast, and I don’t see myself doing anything else for someone else gain. Your honesty in this video is appreciated here.🤘🐐🤘

Do it! For the money, you can't go wrong for looks alone. And if you just throw a couple bucks into it, like I did with the metal shafts, it will serve you fine as far as I'm concerned.
Same here with the big channels, its all about $$$$, I'll watch some of the bigger channels to see a nice look of something I might be interested in that's about it. I watch primarily us smaller guys, we are the ones doing custom builds giving good information. Can't say anything about FMS as all mine have been gotten used. I haven't been impressed with FMS axles under my Mashigan, I've broken several steering knuckles just doing scale videos. But thats easily fixed by upgrading, I feel the FMS aluminum upgrades are little high in price but we all have opinions. I started my channel in hopes of growing it, I've just went into having more fun with it. If people watch they watch if not I consider it there loss. I enjoy watching your channel because you cover lot of the same scale stuff I'm interested in. Us small guys that take the time to actually talk to subs are way better than hey I got more free free free. I don't trust a single review from sponsored channels other then maybe Tomly. Most thr stuff I'm into isn't popular here. I have a small group of guys that get into the scale stuff but thats ok with me mess drama. Great video thanks for sharing 👍
Appreciate you taking the time to say all that! And I agree. As soon as a few of the channels started pointing to windshield wipers and acting like they were over the moon impressed with the fact that an RC had windshield wipers, I started searching for the small channels.
@@TheMindsEyeRC I quit following the Rc Reviews guy when he straight lied about that Mercury chassis scale rig. I'll watch some if his stuff from time to to time if it's something I'm interested in. Only big channel I'm even subbed to is Rc Everyday but haven't watched lately because its all low rider rat rod stuff. I watch all his Rc4wd content though. His older videos were so good

I don't care for for all the low rider hot rod stuff just because I would never have a use or a way to spend that kind of money and be able to enjoy using it. Where I'm at its basically off road Rc fun. I love drift cars but absolutely useless for me unfortunately.

I have the FMS FJ40 and very happy with it , but I ordered it through Amain hobbies . I ordered my Axial Capra through them, tires , other parts with NO problems. They ship out of California but absolutely fine to deal with, just a thought for any future orders you have. My MN Toyota I just got from Banggood, first order so a little nervous but it arrived faster then they said arrived faster than they said. Anyway, love the channel, keep doing what you’re doing 👍

Digging this series man. I’m not gonna defend the 3 letter company but I will say when they do their new year they basically disappear for 2 weeks or something. Doesn’t make it right. They also do weird stuff like US only and I don’t get that at all. Most of my 3 letter stuff came from Amazon. They’ve rubbed me wrong in the past so I’m gonna give MN and WPL a chance going forward. FYI: I saw something today that the 3 letter company is coming out with a FCX10 LC80 Pro. Guess it’s all brushless or something. So yeah, I’d cancel the other LC80. Sorry if I upset you with my wheel width comment on the 18 Scout. Wasn’t my intent. Take care.
Sir, you did not offend, it wasn't your comment, but thank you for being stand up about it. Now I have to go back and look at what you said! And I do think I am going elsewhere for my FMS stuff. I never ordered the LC80 as I couldn't find it anywhere to ship to Canada. Hence why I went for the Atlas, but happy I did. Well, not happy about the service, but happy about the vehicle choice.

Yeah. I know what channel your talking about with ripping apart the boxes, etc. Never really got the point of that whole routine.
A few of them do it. Even if it was free, I would still respect it, probably even more actually.
