Manybasked about heart burn meds. If they are taking any meds ending at Zole like omepraZole for a long time ….. they should talk to their doctor and stop it. For heartburn they should take famotidine like polypep or Famot etc.
Sir unfortunately most drs don't care about these things, they keep prescribing ppis on every visit instead of guiding patients about their condition and lifestyle changes they only work on temporary symptomatic relief. I got typhoid hpylori in recent years although i already had gerd issues and used ppis for very long time, no one bothered to guide me until i did my own research regarding benefits , side effects and stopped taking them

Hi.. I've had high blood pressure for two years, but I never took medication for it, thinking it wouldn't affect me. However, it has damaged my kidneys. I got tests done, and despite the results, I don't have any symptoms, "I have kidney issues, but I don't experience any symptoms like swelling or pain in whole body kust lime hand and feet, nothing. However, my reports show that both my kidneys are 50% damaged." but my reports show kidney issues. I also have kidney stones whoch are 5cm 3cm, and I experienced severe pain 10 days ago once time, but it's gone now. My blood pressure was 180/110, 170/100, in last 2 years and on the day I hadkidney pain, it was 200/110. But now, with the medication Tab Waltac AMH 5/160/12.5, my blood pressure is under control, and it's usually around 120/80. Do I need to get further tests done? I'm currently only taking medication for blood pressure, not for my kidneys."
