Fabulous! Here in the US, we don't hear much tenor horn. This fellow is excellent. Not my favorite song (I was in High School when it came out and was ubiquitous on the radio, in elevators and dentist offices) but it's lovely to hear a horn so well played.
I started out playing Tenor horn as a kid for nearly 8 years. When the other Tenor players switched to French horn because Tenor sheets were hard to come by for many pieces, I was a stubborn kid and refused to swap instruments. I eventually taught myself to switch one note up (or was it down?) while playing French horn sheets flawlessly on the fly.
When my schoolmates left the band I did too, and I still regret it to this day. There was something I was uniquely talented at but, puberty does its thing
