Sea Moss and Bladderwrack is one of them. As for the skin, you have to use what works best for you, because everyone's skin is different. But one thing that is important is diet because that's what preserves the body in the long run. Whatever you consume will effect your outer if you're not putting minerals in your body. You're a black women so you have melanin and that helps a lot as you get older. Nice to see you making youtube videos with your fans though, most actresses or celebs don't communicate with their fans like you're doing.
