It's cliche, but I like to think of this song as the backdrop of a climactic Last Stand scenario (and not JUST because of "Till Death Do Us Part"). The first part of the song is a buildup as the heroes ready themselves for the all-or-nothing fight, then it segues into the instrumental as the battle begins, and the final chorus is where both sides take severe losses before the survivors throw themselves at each other with everything they have left...and cut to black before we see the outcome.
I feel like a villain with a specific innocent in mind to protect. A wretched creature covered in blood and viscera as I defend a person I've decided is good.
I dont know if anyone still comes around here. But I'm still waiting for till death do us part 3. It just left memories so I keep coming back here to think about it

It's already a beautiful song with a lot of meaning but attaching it to a character makes it all the more powerful, I find. Hope someone at least knows what I mean.

it could be a song about fighting an enemy to the bitter end or, and maaaaaybe im reading too much into it, having seen it around and having dealt with it myself from time to time - it could be a song about fighting depression "all is blacked out but continues to grow" we dont tend to have a physical thing to blame in some cases for depression, but its still there - we cant see it, but it grows "i need you to see - nothing will change unless you belive" that makes alot of sense, unless they WANT to get better and BELIVE they are beating their depression, it'll not go away - belief is a storng thing "i wont let it go, i'll stick to the plan, deepen the throws (or deep IN the throws)" some people CANT let go of their depression but they can live with it - they'll stick to the plans for getting help and the medicine they can be given - even if its deep in the throws of beliving there is no hope. it can get bumpy but you'r sticking to your guns - or better yet; some people are consumed by depression but REFUSE to let go of hope "i wont let it go, i'll fight til the end, then you will know who will save you now" some people are in depression but they know they arent the only ones - they'll fight it till the end like humans do, and show their freinds; no one else will save them, they themselves will. their in this fight for personal reasons but its not hopless "who will save you now? who will save you now? tell the world i'll survive" again about my previous point. perhaps though they are talking to themselves "who will save you? you will of course. you got this" and the 'tell the world i'll survive' is saying "i got this. its not going to be easy, but tell everyone i'll beat it" "alone with this vision, alone with this sound, alone in my dreams i carry around" each persons depression is a very personal thing. its NOT somthing you can halv off to ease the burden, no matter how much others may want to, its just not possible - its there when you're awake but it can also be very strong when your asleep. in your dreams. after all, we cant tell ourselves what we want to dream about. the brain sort of does its own thing when it coems to dreams. and its somthing they carry with them alone. "i will not take from you -" some people dont want to burden others with their battle against depression, they want to tough it out themselves "-and you will not owe" the other people who also fight depression wont owe you anything because they didnt get you to try and help. Or its their way of saying 'you dont owe me anything, it was free: im here for you' "i will protect you from the fires below" could be a reference to not giving in to depression and killing yourself, if not for your sake then its so others dont have to endure the pain of losing you "its not in my mind, its here at my side - go tell the world that im still alive" it can feel like a physical presence at times. your depression aint just in your head, its there with you, standing at your side, your shadow perhaps - you have this darkness surrounding you, but screw that noise, tell everyone i'm still here and dont plan on going anywhere "alone in this vision, alone and blind - go tell the world that im still alive" some people know their deep in their depression, maybe they feel alone and they cant see a way out - but the light in them refuses to die out, so tell everyone you'll be okay. cause you aint losing to the darkness
That was pretty much what I thought about the song as well. One personal take that i did have whit the song though, was that on the last part of the song at 4:52 for some reason for me, it feels like now he is talking to someone else, since he had overcome his depression before saying " I'm Alive ", even the tune changes for a more dramatic heroic melody in a way that feels like a final stand, not for himself, but for another one.
The video itself is neat; however, they totally cut the best part out of the song. But I enjoy both of those videos. The first one is how I got into Globus. Also a great band.

When you were about in jump off a plane when someone was a infected and killed the plane pilot then you were about to jump and you couldn't help the others that didn't escape and others were able to escape and the plane crashed with now other then super mutants escaped from the cargo plane and alot of survivors were able to escape the mutants that soon crashed the planes then started infecting the whole island
