    As a Hong Lu fan of all time and as the one who only has Dieci Hong Lu and Captain Ish at lvl 50 as they are my favorite ids, I can say that Dieci's clash power, dmg and status synergy are most of the times better than "immortality". It's like in competitive pokemon: if your mon is always alive, it should do at least something, or it is a dead weight to a team. He is either forced to always tank due to barely not having enough clash power outside his s3 on high hp, which means he doesn't do any dmg, and for most fights it is much better for the tank to have at least something to offer outside of tanking, or his immortality is just never needed cuz he wins clashes. Rupture teams do struggle in clashes outside of a few outliers like newest guys and Seven Faust, so you might think that having a tank like him would be good for a team, but he also doesn't inflict any count until he gets ampules, which means either using defensive skills, which you can only use 3 times in total or getting brought low. So, you either use skills, win clash and kill rupture stack for Lu's sanity and aggro, and hope that next turn his aggro will make him attacked the most, or you lose clashes, don't get sanity and also hope for aggro to target you r tank. Although he is the best unit alongside Pequod Heath against Pequod Trio. Yknow, the only fight that requires a tank, and the tank that doesn't need to always attack. Also, outside of mirror dungeon, rupture is not that good, mostly for the reason I said earlier - the "optimal" way is to hit unnoposed and get hit unopposed, we don't yet have rupture-charge rip space to counteract this strategy. And sinkning is just stronger and has stronger ids. And Dieci Lu is one of the best sinking units. Neutral s1, positive s3, a bit harder to use but good for potency s2, high clash power even at low sanity since 1 coin would often be enough to roll more, sp from s3 (although it's a bit inconsistent, and +30% dmg is actually incredibly strong, so outside of sinking runs, I use his passive really often, and his s2 will just often delete anyone) and synergy with Land of Illusion as he: a) fuels it; b) a sinking unit; c) free sp and d) his passive. I mean, why would you need to tank hits if you can just clash with his ego-like rolls (outside of s1, but you can often get his base ego to replace it, especially in a sinking team). He is harder to use, and I don't even know how to call some techs I have for him, and I am sure most won't be able to handle even more of my words. Unless they are from Dieci. Dieci is just the best, another reason why I love this goober ❤

    yay my favorite 2 star ID is next‼
    He may be aggressively average without his conditionals but i still love nuking with his skill 3 on a rupture stack :)

    Would like to note her 3rd turn can also be very dangerous even with an evade because she'll use two skills that have the description "On use Inflict 3 Bloom" and she'll bloom you regardless of the evade then she'll bush you. so soloing her without sinking is pretty much impossible far as i'm aware. Not sure if you're already aware since you didn't mention it as being dangerous (or maybe know a way around it) but just wanted to mention it so you don't run into a dead end with her ever.

      @Q-Hatred  2 дня назад +4

      She actually does that on turn 4 in her first phase so as long as you get her below 50% hp before then you're fine. She can do it again during the 3rd turn in her second phase but it's usually pretty easy to get her dueling before that happens too. I did get it slightly wrong in the video though with her big aoe attack actually occurring during the first turn of her 2nd phase not the 4th turn, but if you actually want to win the fight it has to happen by the 4th turn otherwise you instantly lose. Basically, if you have an evade she's just a dps check and nothing more.

    how do you do solos? whenever i do them, my sinner just gets staggered instantly on the human battles

    • @Q-Hatred
      @Q-Hatred  День назад

      A lot of it is simply picking floors and fights you're not fatal to but even with that getting staggered is almost inevitable on the first floor. Staggering is never the end of the world but taking too much damage afterwards is. You need to get a little lucky with enemy rolls or stagger them before you yourself get staggered in order to not die and heal back any damage you take using support passives. Either base, chef or g corp Gregor are needed for this and if you don't want to spend upwards of 20+ turns every fight healing chef Ryoshu and barber Outis speed up the healing substantially. By the time you get to the 2nd floor you should have picked up at least 1 healing gift and an EGO resource generating one so you can actually use EGOs and fuel any support passives you may not fuel naturally. There's a bit more nuance to it than that and a few more advanced tricks but those are the general basics. And always remember EGOs are your best friend as enemies can't do damage to you if they're either staggered or dead.

      @@Q-HatredBy the way, how do you remember all the battles? its actually impressive to me. does priest gregor work for healing if you have a lust skill?
      Btw thanks for telling me abt this, i wanna do solo runs but it just shows i got more to learn abt limbus company

    • @JMIcy
      @JMIcy День назад

      Also, i know this is off-Topic but how much lunacy have you saved up for walpurgisnacht?

    • @Q-Hatred
      @Q-Hatred  23 часа назад +1

      Remembering the battles is just something that happens over time. Each floor only has like 2-3 different fights they can have and after doing it so much you just sort of learn it. It helps that the bosses of the floors generally do the same type of damage as all the regular encounters so if it's a pierce boss you can usually expect pierce damage.
      Priest Gregor is fine for healing but honestly, I wouldn't recommend using him or any resonance based support passives for that matter as they take a minimum 3 turns to activate and usually you've already won the fight by that point and they're just unnecessary. He's a decent replacement for g corp if you have lust but no gluttony however the other two are in my opinion much better as their healing is infinite, as long as you don't have a counter skill that is.
      I forgot to mention it, but another good solo tip is to avoid regular fights as much as possible. If you can always prioritize event nodes and focused encounters as they are always easier to beat. And avoid elite encounters like the plague unless it's on an easy floor like Hell's Chicken in which case it's barely different than a regular fight.
      I'm currently sitting on 26K lunacy + 40 pulls from tickets. It'd be a lot less but I got manager Don Quixote on my first pull.
