- From Glascow, Scotland, 1 week after treatment at the INR in Boca Raton, Florida, filmed in March 2018. Discussion with Edward Tobinick MD. Treatment was performed 8 years after stroke that caused intractable aphasia, hearing and sensory dysfunction and difficulty using the right hand (motor dysfunction) prior to treatment.
A graphic illustration suggesting that chronic neuroinflammation, mediated by excess TNF in the brain, can reversibly inactivate brain circuits necessary for optimal brain function and connectivity.

I took my cousin here after 7yrs of not being able to talk. Her right hand was contractured. It was immediate. Don't doubt this and say its too good to be true..ITS TRUE
