Hi, I'm Sammie! I am a 29 year old, stay at home mom to four kids (7, 5, 3, and 1 year).
I have been married to the sweetest, most supportive hubby for 8 years, and together for 10.
I started this channel as a way to motivate myself to keep my house cleaned and organized.
With four kids, it's not an easy task.
I always loved watching cleaning channels on RUclips but I always felt I couldn't find anyone I really related to.
Someone who didn't have a brand new house or expensive interior decorations.
Which is another reason why I decided to start my channel.
I currently live in a 100+ year old house.
We have lived here for the past 2 years and have renovated most of the house.
I'm not a perfect mom or perfect housewife, but I hope I can help motivate other moms or wives like me to organize, declutter or clean what they've been putting off.

Hallway looks amazing!!! Dont be self conscious by your cabinets. Mine are not even close to perfect. But they are clean. That is all that is necessary.

Fall has been great so far! (knock on wood lol). The home projects turned out great!! So good to know about the chalk paint being difficult to clean or not as easy. I'm glad you left those clips in for the exact reasons you said. I was going to comment and say something similar but you already said it. I do understand your feelings about it but still glad you were able to get yourself to leave them in🤗

Yes, the chalk paint is not the best choice for furniture that sees a lot of traffic, unless I’m doing something wrong, which I totally could be! 😅 It’s so hard not to compare yourself to others! I usually make my husband do these types of projects, but I'm picky when it comes to wallpaper lining up! 😅
Hey there! I love the wallpaper you put up. It looks great and completely changes the hallway. You have a wonderful home Sammie! Comparison is a hard thing to battle. We all do it and shouldn't. Great space for food storage! Potatoes are really gross when they liquify. I love the color you chose on your cabinet. Did you seal the chalk paint with wax? I think you have to do that so it is more durable. Thanks for the homemaking motivation! Always a pleasure watching. XO

Also when I do chalk paint I put a matte topcoat and it cleans easily
