By the way Great video as usual, it is funny to discover some food of my own country that I didn't even know about for some and your reactions are funny Thank you for making us smile!
It's "pain au chocolat". Those who say otherwise are bad people. (it's not that big of a debate. In fact it's more like a fake joking debate about cultural differences.)

I worked at Stohrer last year and i would definitely recommend the "tartelette passion- framboise" and the "éclair au chocolat du Madagascar" ✨ And the ginger taste in the "tartelette au citron" probably comes from the yuzu lemon ^^ The Ritz is also well known for their pastry drink "marble cake" and the special pain au chocolat which is baked in a very long form. We love to see you try food, this kind of video will help all of us navigate of where to go when we are in those cities! Appreciate it!

I loved this video, Raph!! I’ve missed you being in public trying new places. I loved that you visited some high end locations as well as some fun options. Such a great video!
I truly enjoy every video I’ve watched. I’ve been watching about 15 months. The last items you purchased not only looked good but your reaction was priceless with the raspberry and chocolate cakes. I like how you take your time to describe the items - visually and taste. So cute that you made sure we knew taste of a particular item is based on your personal preference. Hope 2022 is a good year for you. Looking forward to the next video. I had hope you would have shown part of the train ride. My dad was stationed in Germany while in the Army. He and some buddies had taken the train from France to London for a day trip. I just find it so bizarre to be able to travel between those two countries.
