I put 1 1/4 " 14" on my 2022 Heritage. With the risers it measures 16. I also have shorter arms. Love them. I can pull them back on long trips and lean back against the back rest.
love Deland, my best friend has lived there for over 50 years. Living in Ocala, which is nice also, you can enjoy city and country. However Ocala is getting quite congested. Good video, enjoy Deland.
Thanks for the video with riding it. Not much of that right now, you Florida boys have an opportunity to fill in the actual motovlog gap for all of us who are wintered in and only get to visit our bikes in the garage
As a master mechanic, I would rather have the spring tensioners instead of the hydraulic tensioners. Regardless of which type is being used its still just a matter of how far that plastic wears down over time, and the hydraulic tensioner once it goes you lose all your oil pressure because oil just sprays out of the tensioner hole as to where with the spring tensioner (which last just as long), you may get some plastic you have to clean out of the cam area, but your engine will still get plenty of oil, but with the hydraulic when it fails you may lose a complete engine when those break or wear down because you lose oil pressure. Plus the hydraulic design robs some of your oil pressure on cold starts
Dude, I live in South Dakota, 40 degrees riding at 55/65 is stinking cold, so I’m with ya. The Road King is looking great, I have a cholo bike softail deluxe. Luv the ride.
I put Avon grips on with the throttle assist, which I loved. The only thing, you living in Forida, they might be hot on the metal. I normaly ride with gloves. But, a few times I swear I burnt my hand. Parades in Minnesota are the same way. Drop off the chairs. I have never been to Deland, I need to go. I always like New Smyrna Beach, not so much of Daytona. Thank You for the footage. Take care
Shirt look awesome! I think it was a great idea to follow and team up with Brap Star's way of doing shirt. Also the apes look good on both bikes. Enjoyed seeing some sight in D-Land and around.
I can totally imagine! Happy to hear it! 💯 I love living away from the big(ger) city as well, and can enjoy a lot of back roads to ride around on as well.
What brand of bars are they Also how tall are you. I have been debating the same thing. I even mocked up a pair from PVC pipe as close as 3 could get to the rise, clamo space and pull back for a pair of wild 1 chubbys. Im sure the real thing is a little different tban my mockup but was just trying to get an idea and it just didnt feel right. Dont want to spend the $ and then not like them. Im on a 22 road king classic. They didnt feel far enough back and I want to try and keep them inline with the forks. Thanks for your help. Stsy safe.(
LA Choppers. I'm 5-10 or 5-11 on a not hunched day haha. 37 inch spread on these. Mine are inline with the forks and I would love to have them a hair more forward. just me though.
@@UncleBogator Thanks for the reply. I'm about 5'10". I will look into that. I have looked at just about every body that makes and or sells bars. Also have scoured you tube. I think I will have to do what you did. Sit on every bike I can and see if I can find something to settle on. Thanks again. Merry Christmas / Happy New year.
Riding 60 mph on a motorcycle at 40 degrees is like 20-25 degrees. Can you fill up your two capped gas tank from on filler neck? I don;t see you with fishtail exaust. A herd of geese is called a gaggle
Question for you... Do you carry a shovel on your bike? Because it seems like you keep digging yourself in deeper with the wife... LOL!!! No need to really worry unless out of the blue, you notice that she has raised your accidental Death insurance pay out!! Then you can start sweating it!

I grew up in small town FL. I’m originally from Titusville and grew up watching and feeling the rocket launches.
The banter between you and BoMama is probably the best part of her being in the videos.
I love it. We’ve gone back and forth like that our entire marriage

Ape hangers make you look like Garfield on a cage window
What kind of bars are those? Are you still liking them?
Just LA choppers 16” apes. Best ones I’ve personally had
I live in Maine and I agree with you Dunks sucks!!!! Go to your local bakery…. Also Fritos are way better than Cheetos
The apes look great! Getting down to 20 here tonight! I know, I know....I'm complaining...
20?! Hell naw

Yeah we know lol. It’s just for effect
The best think I ever put on my Harley was a for sale sign.
I was going to make a video about the best thing you ever put on your Harley then decided i didn’t care
Sexy damn Road King!
I always do a double take on my own bike
Hey Y'all 👋
Yo!
“There are some A$$holes here and there…” yes, Mike is there!!! 😇😇🤓
Gonna nitpick here...clutch cable arc is good and usually unavoidable but that brake like is triggering my ocd...

Best thing I put on mine was the title
Not sure what you mean
The paper saying it was mine

The left cap is a false cap. the tank is filled up from the right side.

Man that’s so unoriginal. Did you copy and paste from the others below?
@@UncleBogator Had I seen the others I would not have posted. But being right we will obviously overlap.
@@jimanders9971 right about a decision on your own bike? can you be anything else?
