Can only apologise about the quality of the film not the device I would usually use to film content
Apologies about my bad language but after being assaulted, man handled and having the police clearly abuse their powers and position I was not a happy auditor.
I am on a bit of a rant at the officers in this video telling them exactly what they need to hear.
I know some of you guys will say i shouldn't have shown him the footage but I wanted to wipe that stupid smirk of his face and show him exactly who was in the wrong and embarrassing him even further.

Great audit. Get yourself something nice from the claim. Not only did he assault you but he also admitted on camera that he solicited a trespass.
So much for promising to let you back in. I would have had great sympathy for the Sergeant in the way you talked to him, but in reality you were fitted up to oblige a colleague. The affable looking Sergeant is in fact being a tyrant. Disgraceful.

Couldn't admit the blue line stuff only alienates the public. Couldn't even apologize for pushing you out of a public facility! That officer doesn't deserve the job!!!

He is just totally couldn’t care less, trouble is nothing touches him, he won’t suffer in any way, in results of your bringing a case against them, it should hit them in there own pocket to make them think, even if it was 50/50 he is hit to a certain extent.

Interesting that the Sergeant solicited the trespass by asking the council official if he wanted you to leave, when the council official hadn't asked you himself. This engineered the hands on opportunity which was completely unacceptable. A simple apology from the officers for keeping you from your business would have been sufficient but their collective egos prevented them from doing it. Well done to the first officer that removed his badge when challenged.

He isn't allowed to solicit a trespass. It's not ok for him to ask the worker "Would you like this man to leave?" Be sure to include this in your complaint.

All constables should have accountability insurance which comes out of their own pockets,if they don’t have insurance then they can’t join the Police then we can sue the constable for his/her actions and not the public purse. You can’t travel without a passport and you can’t drive without a license it just makes sense

That cop looked completely broken, unable to dignify himself despite TLA literally trying to help him to dignify himself. Any claim that cop makes against a real criminal will be easily disregarded by a court on the basis of this evidence that shows his incompetence's.
If a Constable gets injured whilst unlawfully ejecting a civil trespasser he cannot fall back on the assault police laws because he is not in the execution of his duty.

Pt 2 is as good as part 1 and it made the copper look more of an idiot than the first video. Nice to see bullying tactics returned to sender. He looked a broken man at the end of it.

I'd love to see a Scottish version of this. English police are exceptionally soft. If the same audit was done in West of Scotland unfortunately there would be a different outcome.

Hasan, I had to listen to it twice but I think the woman speaking was a tenant who was on the phone to one of their many 'helplines', talking about her own situation and them trying to house her and her kids near a paedo. I might be wrong though.

I have no idea how I missed viewing part 2 of your audit, TLA. This was probably the finest exposure of the constant violation of our civil rights, ever. Your command of the situation was exemplary. One could feel the humiliation and shame felt by the offending officer whom, unfortunately, didn't have it in his character to apologise or back down in any way, although the look on his face was a clear indication that he died a million times throughout the subsequent conversation. You should be praised and congratulated for defending our rights with outstanding authority.

I hope you do sue this police force. It is not a Constable’s duty to remove a trespasser unless the trespasser commits an offence or a BOP . If it’s BOP then he has to arrest you to remove you and release you when there js no further likelihood of a BOP. He has no right to ‘remove’ you from anywhere just to remove you. This man is a pathetic example of a Constable. He has condemned himself by saying that police remove trespassers.

New sub here and only just getting to watch this. These two videos are right up there with the most legendary audits on RUclips. This one especially highlights why holding our public servants accountable is so important. They both were wrong, right from the outset. But instead of remaining impartial and doing his job properly as per his oath, he acted unlawfully against an auditor. Then when proven wrong he couldn't even apologize because his ego was too massive to let him do so. Then he also refused to do something about the false report that had been made. A false report that was done with malice with the intent of getting someone exercising their civil rights into trouble This is also why the blue line gang badge is considered so offensive as it's always the officers wearing them that seem to be the tyrants. Well done for giving this Sgt a good dressing down and I hope that full complaints went in about everyone concerned. Superb work.

The union flag is of specified colours and design. You cannot design a new flag and call it a union flag. He does not have to lay hands on you to commit an assault, just the threat of unlawful immediate personal violence is an assault. The actually laying on of hands is a battery So has committed an assault and battery.

Not even apologise to you after you proved the false allegation which was raised. I sincerely hope this buffoon is out of the job.
