if u cahnge wheel circum. to a higher rate can the bike assist higher than 25 km/h?

How do i upgrade the software version? we are having the same version and i want the latest one (2018)
You have to take it to a registered dealer because it is updated using Bosch software that is only accessible by the dealers.
