    🌼 A B O U T M E 🌼
My name is Rachel Terry and I write Young Adult and Adult Fantasy, and Adult Historical Mystery. I grew up in a small town where nothing much ever happened, dreaming of grand adventures and far-away places, which I found between the pages of books. When not writing, I can be found reading, making RUclips videos, gaming with friends, or indulging in my love of history and the weather.

3:10 We'll take whatever we can get 😅 Great review. It's always fun hearing your thoughts on what you're reading.

I wish I could talk about all the books I read, cause I'd have so many things to say. 😅

No Romance! A YA novel without a love triangle? How did it ever get published?
I do like the shorter reviews. Sometimes you like a book just because you like it. (I still miss your biting reviews of books you didn't like, but I understand why you don't do them anymore.)
I can totally relate to the MC not wanting to be around people.
    BTW, I like your earrings.
    😁

      Thank you!
I miss the harsher reviews. I'm trying to get better at DNF'ing books I'm not enjoying, but sometimes making those reviews gave me something in exchange for pushing through bad books, if that makes sense. 😂
I'm glad people seem to be liking the shorter reviews as well.

Great review! 💖 I really enjoy shorter videos for reviews. Most of them are way too long, but yours are the perfect length.
About the book: no romance! Finally! I have nothing against romance (I actually really enjoy it) BUT sometimes it's just annoying and I crave a main character (especially a FMC) who doesn't spend half the book thinking about their love interest.

That's good to hear! I like to think the shorter reviews are less of a commitment and take up less of people's time.
I like romance as a subplot, but it was so refreshing to see it completely absent for once. It can be nice to have, but not every story needs a romance.
