My name is Babar Ahmad. I spent 11 years in prison from 2004-2015 in two countries, the UK and the US.
Ten of those years were without trial so I did not know when, or if, I may ever be released.
Six of those years were in isolation, including two years in complete solitary confinement.
Every day this Ramadan I will be sharing a short, real-life story showing that Allah's help often comes when all hope is lost. Some of my stories will be from war, some from prison and others from daily life.

This video spoke to me when I saw it for the first time because I distinctly remember when my Sheikh passed away, I went to his gravesite to pay my respects and recite Surah Fateha. The grave emitted a beautiful fragrance that was out of this world….i’ll never forget this!
I came here after you said like bees humming, I smelled a sweet musk, I had no perfume on and it was like I'd smelt as a child also but I wasn't practicing then or know about Islam at all, I've had this when I was in a terrible state and reverted to Islam but life gave me challenges and I was very ill and am in pain due to an injury, and I prayed and was doing duas and speaking to Allah and was all alone and so confused and had a similar experience.. I believe you 100 percent but no birds just like bees buzzing and bright nur flashes and had many true dreams and still do which has helped me keep patient and learn more about my deen. Alhamdolilah. I don't read people well so I think Allah helps people in a way they understand. Alhamdolilah.

SabhAllah akhi, I never shared this with anyone because I’ve been envied so much by friends that turned on me so I’ve been quiet about a lot of very spiritual experiences and hundreds of dreams that I’ve had the last 15 of my 20 years I’ve been Muslim. 17 years ago I got off work and made Magrib in my dark room and saw an extremely bright angelic ball of light on my prayer rug exactly in the sujud area, and every since that day and still to this day I see this light very often everyday, on the right when I’m about to do a good deed and on my left when I’m thinking about doing a bad deed and it flashes multiple times in a second when I don’t listen. I’ve realized that it’s the angels many years ago even though an Imam told me otherwise. Anyhow I’ve have 4 dreams about the Prophet in these 20 years the last one was right after Ramadan last year where I was sitting at his feet as a student does and started crying when I saw him and he cried with me with me and said stay steadfast and then he mentioned to be two secrets that will happen my life, and then he walked out the room.

I'm watching this video because I'm going through the toughest trial I've ever been through and I've had health issues for ten years but this new symptom is the hardest thing I've ever been through. I have a wife and two little girls. I feel overwhelmed and scared and flipping in and out of strength and weakness and hope. I'm scared ill lose my job or ability to work for my wife and kids. My symptom is sharp stabbing pain in my head every time I stand up it feels like I'm being stabbed. I have a brain mri tomorrow. Not sure what will happen but docs usually throw a bunch of medication with bad side effects to try and help and I've got a sensitive body. I ask Allah to reward you as your videos gave me a boost when needed. I've been like this for 2 months.

Brother please do yourself a hand pump asap with anyone but Ummah Welfare Trust are really good. Everything is multiplied in Ramadan so it will benefit you immensely. Water is the best sadaqa. Sadaqa stops calamities. Just like it came Allah will make it go away ia. After you do this handpump the intention is this latest health issue. Put daily sadaqa even pennies but regular in the morning. Obvs attend any appointments etc. Will make special Dua ia. Please read yourself Surat Yaseen before the appointment.

Trying my best to survive, I've never wished for life to end or anything but I'm withering away mentally. I ask Allah to forgive me and take me away gently. Worried about becoming a burden on my wife but she's always been supportive.

Salam Ahmed. Baraka Allah. It’s Eid up fitir and Alhamdullilah all is good with us Alhamdullilah. I started feeling sad. I dint know what to take out of your narrations but I know that I’m off to bed and I decided to pray 2 rakas and ask Allah to brighten my life.
Sometimes if I dint read the Quran or my dhikir is not optimal in bungees I feel down.

When you ask the question, what are you felling now, listing this story... Walahi i almost cry... All of your videos are inspiring... May Allah reward you... Walahi I love Allah more them this dunia.. and day in the out I imagine my self meeting Allah swt... Is the most best moment of my day when i imagine that.... The only thing that keep me want to stay a bit moree is because of my kids.. i fell i need to teach them more about islam and about the deen to be strong in the deen and to love more Allah thel this dunia and to not fear death... Was the best days of my life that i cannot forget... I was felling full bliss, peace a genuine happiness, alhamdulillah... I was waking up for tahajjud everyday at the same time without alarm or whatever... Exactly what same time i find on the clock i around 3 o'clock of the morning... And i was seeing the same numbers all throughout the day for weeks i was felling like that and i was soo grateful and making lots and lots of dhikr... Like i told one night i was making tahajjud and i was on my sujud, i was fully concentrated on my prayers... And i was talking with Allah when i fell a presence in the Room and suddenly a bird 🕊️ start sing in my balcony in front of me, I don't see the bird because of the 🧱 the separate my room from the balcony of course but he sing soo loudly in tbe middle of the night and beautiful subhanAllah.... All my body shakeee, i was surprised and little but scare because nothing like this happen to me before but i fell that maybe there where angels around.... And what shocked me the most was that the next day i was again o my tahajud in the sujud one the same birds start to sing again, at the same time and the same moment a day beforeee i was sooo scared when i was in the sujud and he start to sing.... Was so loud like he was inside my room.... And the night before i said to my husband the a bird was sing in our balcony in the middle of the night and he didn't believe... But on the next night when i told him in the morning he said i hear the bird... Its was amazing experience that last fir maybe 3 days... And them my period come and i stop pray tahajjud... So after one week my eman dropped and i never fell the same sweetness again.. but alhamdulillah i keep strong in the faith just not like at that time.. but subhanAllah a beautiful thing that i never forget and keep me strong in faith and hope in Allah, of one day meeting him.. insha'Allah in jannat al firdous.. thank you if yoj read until here... My mother told me two days before today that one of my step's cousin mom's had passed away during the night. My mother was upset but inside myself i was feeling joy for the gone aunty. I was really happy, then i felt being weird for being happy for her leaving this earth. I was asking to myself why this happiness?.
So again today weirdly i feel happy for this brother going to meet our creator.

When i hear that someone is passing away or i near to pass away o don't fell sad at zll.. maybe I am weird too.. the only sad thing is that my brother die at 30 years old and he wasn't muslim, fell Guilty for not teaching islam enough... May Allah forgive me... But i wasn't sad about the death because I know that it was his time... I have no pleasure for this Dunia anymore but to worship Allah alone...

Brother, your stories are inspirational but I hope you don't mind me making a polite suggestion to think more carefully about the video titles. Sometimes they come across a bit like click-bait such as here, they didn't specifically HEAR angels, rather they smelt perfume and heard humming / chirping birds. The title almost implies that an angelic conversation was heard. No offense intended brother, just a bit of feedback.
Ws thank you for your feedback, yes they are click bait titles otherwise nobody clicks on them! That’s the truth unfortunately.
Some of my best videos this month hardly have any views as the title was boring. RUclips doesn’t show it to others unless people click on it.

Regarding the story the way the brother related it to me who was in the van, he was 100% it was the sound of angels making dhikr.

Not practising my faith as I should & this is the honest truth but my dear respected elder & brother I have a question & it’s a serious one, I’ve heard many stories of many great men’s who participated in war with the communist Russia & many more through out time, they’re were strong in faith yet why didn’t Allah give them men’s martyrdom like he did with others brothers before them ….. I never understood this. Brothers who have been through hell on earth yet not martyrdom was given to them even during the later stage of their lives. Would love if you made a video because I know people who wish they’d die a martyr even if it has to be in their beds.
