  • No one can plan a perfect vacation but planning a 'smart' one can certainly be accomplished.
    Making the most out of your time off is vital. You need to recharge, re-focus and rejuvenate! But, at the same time, you need to maintain your good sleep habits, exercise, take your meds, pray, meditate and whatever you normally do to manage your disorder.
    Your mental health depends on it!

    Give me some of your positive energy, I feel the world coming down on me and it's hard to stay grounded. You help me so much in ways you will never know, but probably already understand.... :)

      Oh you are very dear. Thank you and yes I do 'probably already understand' because I do. The type of day that you are having is tough and you do feel alone and hard to imagine life getting back on track but you will. I know you will. I believe it even when you can't. Bless you.
