    Josh explain a simple hot dog: "Ok you start off by raising your your pigs, remember to feed them your own home grown corn none of that cheap stuff at the store"

      Reminds me of the scene from Welcome to Night Vale;
      Pulled pork could not be simpler to make. To start off with, you will need to kill a pig. You will need to find a living pig, and kill that pig. You will probably need to hold down the pig. The pig will struggle. There will be blood, and pain. Some of that pain will be physical. The pig will want to live, but you will need to make it die. That pig will need to die.
      Then, you will need to dismember the pig. The pig will be a whole being, but you will not be able to eat it like that. So you will need to take it apart. There will be knives, and hacking. The skin will have to go. Peel back that skin and take the muscles and subcutaneous fat which is the part you will consume. Leave the bones and skin behind to rot.
      Then…you slow-cook it with some vinegar, some sugar, and some chili. Put it on a bun, and there ya go! Pulled pork!

    Hope this message finds you. I am an active duty airman currently working 12 hour shifts every day keeping our mission going. But whenever I'm home my only mission is cooking.       I don't know about that @@ferzinhaN some people just accept people for who they are. Also in this case we look more at what Josh is doing than what he's wearing on his face. There are also some people uncomfortable with eye contact even through video and have developed a habit of not even looking at faces. Many reasons here

    I made these buns for dinner tonight and they were beautiful and pillowy soft. I am 62 years old and I have made a lot of bread in my life.     I was so surprised when I first learned that bacon-wrapped dogs was a LA streetfood-thing in the states, because here in Norway it's surprisingly normal. Like, when we were having hot dog-weeks at the kiosk I worked at, I basically just made a ton of them all day long.

    Rather than get a new egg yolk for the wash; i just used the unused egg white from when making the dough. Turned out just as nice and golden brown, and didn't waste any egg!
    Awesome hot dog/sausage rolls. Will be making again!

    Made them some time after trying to make hot dog buns with an internet recipe (which was the worst one), failing miserably and resigning myself to buy them from the supermarket. OMG!     The recipe calls for 3.5 cups of flour, or 525 grams. If you are watching this, 3.5 cups of flour is 420 grams. I know because I made it and the dough came out dense and tough. So just make sure you don't make the same mistake :)

    Made this today! They came out pretty darn good 👍🏼 the only changes I made was I didn’t have bread flour and sea salt so I used all purpose flour and regular table salt... next time I will definitely use the ingredientes listed but for those of you who don’t happen to have those as well DON’T worry! It will still turn out great! The bread also ends up making great dinner rolls! Enjoy!

    Mate... you are from the US, and you use cups as a measurement - but F**KING THANK YOU - for actually also including the metric conversions. I've been trying so many bread recipes that have "3-4 cups of this or that" and frankly things never go right, because baking is more science than art. When I find these vague recipes, you have to start trying to fix things at the end and as a novice baker, IT IS REALLY DAMNED HARD! So, thanks again for thinking of the rest of the world. Keep it up! SUBBED!!

    For those wondering, you can also make this without the mixer! I tried it and it takes quite of bit of kneading, and some weird textures after you add the butter, but don’t give up! Let those balls rest and you’ll still get great results 🙃
