Im Thunderstruck ive been with from day 1 and i didnt back him first up just watched, but he was always going to step up to WFA, and 4 more bounds he wins this, so loaded up in the Diva Stakes and even when AB was off and gone I was not worried at all because knowing how he sprints, at the 200m.knew he would get there, but AB wasnt getting tired he was just beaten by a superior horse who is always 1600m plus, cant wait for this weeks Underwood and watch him grab Zaaki on the line, then upto 2000m in the Caulfield Stakes and the big one, personally thought he would go to the Caulfield Cup, but Mick Price knows what he's doing, so grab the $8 now for the Cox Plate as Anamoe pulled up lame, but hope is 100% for the Cox Plate, coz this big boy will take alot if beating, welcome the new WFA challenger and he will go very close. But i think the Underwood he will do the same but it will be Zaaki he grabs and just keep an eye on another Handicapper that has stepped up in Mr Brightside, liked him in the Doncaster but didnt have a bet in the race, so nearly committed suicide when he won especially at that price, but he's now a WFA horse, fair enough he beat Nothing in the Feehan but he won with plenty in hand, so as people keep thinking its between Anamoe and Zaaki, personally think Anamoe is a better miler even though he should have win it last yr, but now hes got alot more weight but has been arrogant in his wins lately
What did he do wrong exactly? The horse gets back in every race, Shinn gave him a quiet ride, then forced a gap in the straight and bolted home.. Talking from your kick much?
Notables : Western Empire - Geez I expected more in the straight. Very plain. ImThunderstruck - Fanastic. Much like Mr.Brightside think hes in for a great prep and ready to take the next step Alligator Blood - supposedly a run short and raced like it, bit unlucky in the straight however and probably should have finished closer without ever being a winning chance Illation - Yeah nah, sucked in those that got carried away with 3 impressive wins in classes a mile below this Duais - Nowhere near the place getters but chugged to the line well, couldn't keep up to the field rounding the turn and in the early part of the straight, run was far better than it will look on paper
Nath, don’t lose faith in Duais she’s in for a long preparation the big cups. She was more forward when a revelation in the Autumn, this time in she’s got specific targets. Very disappointed in Western Empire after a beautiful ride from wide draw into the box seat I was expecting him to explode but, he plodded.
@@jakeg3296 hey mate, I had a little something on Duais yesterday just cause she's been so good to me in the past, clearly not primed this early in the prep, liked the last 200m as mentioned though. I had bigger bets on Western Empire and ImThunderstruck. I was very disappointed in Western Empire also.
@@nathjohn3158 Yes I also had a $25saver on Duais at Top tote. Also on Western Empire. In the following race Chapada caught my attention in an unsuitable race, I feel he’s underestimated but is only a handicapper.
@@jakeg3296 you bet on sports at all mate? Jalen Pitre for defensive rookie of the year in American football on SB is at $61. Have heard nothing but rave reviews all offseason from his coaches and has played very well this preseason. Have a few bucks on that.
