This is a great video as it gives you an idea of what to do so that you may live longer. Essentially this video tells you to eat healthy, reduce stress, stay active, and keep good and relationship. Eating healthy and getting enough rest/sleep helps you recharge your energy so that you would be ready and capable throughout the day. Reducing stress allows you to improve your overall mood and mental state. Staying active allows your body to continue moving the way its supposed to. Lastly, keeping good relationships help you lessen stress and stay healthy. Reviving Mind agrees with this video as we do our best to help older people achieve all of these with the help of our health and wellness coaches.

Eat meat, forget the alcohol, ditch sugars, sleep, walk everywhere, hang out with those who make you happy, help others. Forget about carbs. Eat fats.

I don't agree that it's in our genes. Study has shown that it's about what's going in your body and the amount of stress in your life. Two things we can all work on controlling. Just give it some time!

I don't wanna see my body just deteriorate like that, become so old and fragile. Having to be dependent on people, I love being around older people, there so wise and experienced, and being honest there a burden to society because there so dependent. You can't live forever, I'll keep eating my red meats and weight lifting until nature decides it's fate with my life.

There is a 70 year old grandma who lifts weight, Lifting weights slows down the aging progress and only eat nurturing things instead of taste.

Why people are interested in longer lives? Longer life is a pity a pain and disgusting. Get rid of longer lives. The longer life one will spend the more sins he/she will commit. There is no escape from death. Old homes, miserable life. no principles of living longer become effective, COVID-19 fixed everyone, may be rich, poor, good, bad, young, old.

This was a very sad thing to read. Some old people are very happy, are not sinful, help others in a lot of ways. You should try to see the good in life, it does exist. It can suck also, but life is a gift and you should make the most of it and try to make each day count in a good way and we should not expect the world to do right by us, we should do right for ourselves and others no matter our or their age. We can't cure covid 19 ourselves, we just have to take one day at a time. I'm from United States and we are suffering with this disease and the horrible disease called Donald Trump. Hang in there.
