It really is illegirl. It's wordplay that works on a few different levels. For one, Korean uses the same character to represent English R and L, so illegal and illegirl sound almost identical written in the Korean alphabet.

I REALLY wanted them to perform "Pied Piper" during one of the PTD LA concerts. I went day 3 & 4. They performed a diffrent older song each of the 4 nights as a surprise for army. Night 3 was "Home" & night 4 was"Spring Day " we all lost our damn minds at that one! Lol But no Pied Piper. Maybe when I see them on the 9th!🤞🏻🤞🏻

THIS is the iconic pied piper performance. I’m so happy you were able to see it. You seem to enjoy filming videos like this more than others. Here are some songs you haven’t gotten to yet that I think you’ll like: Intro: Persona (RM - you heard this in a MMA video but have never reacted to the video), Interlude: Shadow (SUGA), Outro: Ego (J-Hope). Those are all from the same album so maybe a reaction to all three in one video will allow you to experience the similarities of theme but differences of style.
Also, I think it’s past time for Chicken Noodle Soup! The original video is 🔥 and the performance from the last muster is super super fun.

I feel that kind of wordplay is really common in Korean (we've seen examples of it on the Run BTS games about slang) but we're not used to see it in English

This performance lives in my brain rent free no kidding 😭. Piedpiper is that song i will choose over everything like I'm obsessed with it !!! This one's my absolute favourite. This is also the song where namjoon wrecked my bias so bad!! The rest of their discography comes next , I can't choose between them.
Before being an ARMY and meeting BTS, among some groups I found PIED PIPER, this song attracted me to BTS.
The vocal line singing the praises of RM's dimples (written by RM) LOL and Pied Piper is the best diss song ever, BTS basically making fun of ARMY as they are the pied piper leading us astray. 💜💜 Fun fact for Pied Piper: IN the song the lyrics say follow the sound of the flute but musically they use a mouth harp (that twangy sound at the end) which is what the original Pied Piper of Hamlin (Rattenfänger von Hameln) used to lead the children of Hamlin astray.

You guys are too funny with the caketopper talk! :) FYI: I happen to have purchased the BTS caketoppers wearing their Dynamite outfits and I have put them on the top ledge of my computer screen at work, so I get to stare at them all day... Jimin's caketopper comes with little yellow sunglasses that are so cute! I have another set (not caketoppers) that are of BTS in their Mic Drop outfits - they are a little smaller, but still cute! They are in my office as well. I love Dimple and Pied Piper. Seriously flirty songs - so good! More BTS please! Love you guys!
