Excellent remodel. Kitchen and baths are modern and functional. Neighborhood is an acquired taste.
Great apartment. They have used every square inch perfectly. 🤗
Good morning Cash. Love this one. Hope you're having a great day. Say hello to the family can't wait to see them one a upload again.
Mmph! that was very nice for $3200/month. Fun neighborhood. Many good and affordable restaurants that have live music.
Iam glad there's someone that hates beeping smoke detecters.....awesome apartment...
this one is great!!♥
It's pretty and bright, but you can't open the fridge and freezer doors all the way because the stove handle is in the way. Fifth floor walkup with no elevator is something to consider. Am I the only one who heard that dog yap yap yapping? And @ 3:53 no tenant should be allowed to store their crap in the narrow hallway and narrow stairwell like that. The roof deck may make it worthwhile, though. Lots of pros to offset the cons.
IMHO more cons than pros
This is my neighborhood! you walked right by my car and apartment on 126th. You can definitely find deals up in this neighborhood and the access to the 125th express stop (A,B,C,D) makes it pretty easy to get downtown. There's also a new large rock climbing gym on 125th across from the Apollo
Great neighborhood!!
I like the idea Cash is just running around NYC Rooftops like Batman, going into buildings to check out apartments.
Totally not moving to NY or move at all anytime soon but I love seeing how the other side of the country does it
Do you know the make and model of the washer/dryer?
awesome thanks for sharing
Good Morning 🌞
I am not moving to New York, I enjoy watching Cash.
Imagine walking up five floors with all of your furniture and boxes, then doing that every day with your groceries and everything else. This is not 1890. And for that sort of money, I *expect* an elevator.
It’s New York, probably a deal.
But you would be skinny! 😁
When these building were built they had working dumbwaiters but they are all closed up now. Landlords are afraid of accidents, lawsuits. In the building I grew up in the boys used to ride the dumbwaiter up and down for fun.

Dumb waiters are fire hazards. They act like chimneys.
Three real bedrooms and two full baths less than 20 minutes from Times Square for $3,200/mo? l guess one human's "good deal" is another human's "that sort of money". Imagine the shape you'd be in going up and down those stairs? It's like a gym membership included in the rent LOL! I wouldn't want to lug a bike up and down those stairs and moving in is going to be a pain but other than that...
@2:30 that building looks like the building on the Cover of Led Zepplins Physical Grafitti album.
5th floor walk up? Thank you no. Full sized appliances crammed into a closet sized space? Thank you no.
very nice looking apartment they use a bathroom to do this amazing enjoy your day
