Right, especailly if you're finishing the combo with like a lunging, ducking, straight or jab, uppercut spammers will jack you, you gotta kinda find their timing, or make them scared to throw.
@@lasmileyo obviously you've never played For Honor. And whether it works, is cheap, looks dumb or is totally repetitive it doesn't mean you can't do it. In UFC if you spam an attack over and over, your opponent will likely knock you out. It's more about being unpredictable I've found. But not all fighting games work this way. Sometimes people just mash 'Light Attack'

Might catch him with 1 or 2, but most experienced players will dip and rip on ya. If you're bobbing, weaving, throwing in an odd hook now and again, and mixing up with jabs and straights, it's not spam. People spam left, right punches a lot, 6 hooks in a row, 6 straights in a row, they're easy to read, but it's still a spam.

Right stick is primarily used for lunging hooks but left stick can be used too it’s a little more difficult though

Is the lunge hook only for certain strikers. I've tried with pettis and a.silva no luck
