Before the oval tube is it 3 inch exhaust because I want to buy this but get rid of the muffler and the resonator?

All of the joints are standard 3.0" round stock.

The band clamps included are terrible. Every connection leaks. I had to go out and buy some proper lap clamps to solve the problem.
