You are not a CnC fan are you?
Have you ever played Ra2 before? Cartoony? Hasn't Ra2 also been cartoony?
Do you even know the Red Alert universe? its always been wacky and fun and goofy.
Ra2 had the same shaders too, it was also bright and such. They had ship humping squids, mind controlling crazy yuri, weather controller, ufos and all that.
to be honest Ra3 is bit more logical, and do you realize that Westwood employees made the game? only under big company name. I Pity
