They basically want to permanently ban her and not have to deal with it. I have an odd feeling they would have gotten some slack if those lawyers had pushed, and thus, they unbanned FeFe because they don't want the fallout. I know there are tricky policies within their site's contract for streamers, but I feel you could still drag them to court regardless.

Okay so having watched through the remaining clips of her last stream I can guess on why fefe was banned this is in no way confirming anything but it makes the most sense. First off she was zoomed way to close in for longer then the known 10 sec rule where her booba was the main thing on screen and then she proceeded to make a joke about giving someone a "happy ending" proceeds to make noise that could be mistaken as sexual in nature removed her shirt then says and I quote "I can give you a very happy ending". (for reference look up her clip titled Happy ending to back up this statement) Was it dumb to get banned over this yes but she did fall into the grey-zone sadly when your in that area twitch is kind of free to do as they see fit. So yes it sucks but technically she isn't 100% free of blame for this ban specifically if this was the reason she got banned.

Like if the same dude keeps banning the same vTuber and is consistently unable to provide supporting evidence that can be reviewed and validated; maybe they should get fired. I did content mod for Yahoo dating over a decade ago. Every bit of moderating I did had a document attached. And big things like banning a long term user were always flagged for supervisor review
Only when it's a certain talents/livers is when Ninji actually moderates the EN branch like Doki for example they ban Vivi from talking to her. When it comes to Yandere it's not just the school uniform it's also their laugh as well. When yanderes go completely insane they laugh.

It would make sense that company lawyers would direct all employees to avoid all interactions with Doki to avoid any additional incidents, risk going against any previous agreements, and/or until all of the legal matters are settled. Like you said, Niji should be criticized when criticism is deserved. I feel there maybe another reasonable explanation for this and everyone is potentially jumping the gun. I could also be wrong and this could be another notch in Niji's terrible management belt. Not enough info to know for sure.

Don't me wrong, I don't support niji in any way, but a different explanation for why Doki and Vivi can't interact may be because of potential litigation between the parties. I'm not well versed in corporate law or practices though, so I'm just guessing.

@@SalviVtuber I agree with that. Last I heard, Doki stated that she just wanted to be done with it. That said, legal stuff can take awhile. It would make sense that company lawyers would direct all employees to avoid all interactions with Doki to avoid any additional incidents, risk going against any previous agreements, and/or until all of the legal matters are settled. Like you said, Niji should be criticized when criticism is deserved. I feel there maybe another reasonable explanation for this and everyone is potentially jumping the gun. I could also be wrong and this could be another notch in Niji's terrible management belt. Not enough info to know for sure.
