@@rayofsunshine107h you can set it that in the settings for situations like flying under bridges or when there is lots of trees covering the area you are flying in
Another thing is the mini three can shoot vertical so that’s nice if you’re more about shooting stuff for social media. Idk maybe they’ll make it so the air2s etc in the future can rotate to vertical. Another question is the remote id going to force people to buy Wi-Fi to run a drone cause if so that’s a HUGE turn off expense wise. It’s one thing to buy wifi for work and door to door sale but for fun and creating stuff that sucks. If they just use Bluetooth for remote Id then it’s probably not a big deal since you only have to pay 5 bucks to register and then take a test that you can take as many times as you want. Some said it’s about Amazon being able to fly drones etc and I think they laid off a drone department in europe. With the oncoming recession in the next 18 months I doubt any rich companies are going to spend a ton in developing a drone delivery part of their company or scale it up.
One video I watched showed a guy explaining how he lost connection and what to do. He had it return to home and then he was trying to fly it back. But he noticed it already was flying towards him so by going backwards he was flying it away from him. He noticed that and then corrected and got it back. He pointed out there’s a compass type thing radar thing that shows your point and the drones point. So if you lose connection you can walk towards it and hopefully regain connection. Ya that’d suck to have to pay 250 to replace it having it fly away but I think it’d give me ease of Mind knowing if I get insurance I can replace it cheaper. But ya it sucks still.

Make sure the return to home is not set to hover, It should return to home when you loose signal
