Benedict himself is truly extraordinary. So gifted, so generous, so knowing. I deeply admire his passion for what he does, how beautifully he articulates it and, one thing I've grown to love about him over the last year or so is his unabashed love for Britain. He knows his history, the arts, literature. A bit of an old soul at 37. I'm so smitten. He's an inspiration. So happy to see him creating in our lifetime. :)
I absolutely love the fact that Benedict Cumberbatch will never run out of things to say. Going on a date with him (oh how I wish!) will never ever be boring or awkward. :)
I'd love to go on a date with Benedict and just let him speak. I imagine myself with my elbow on the table, head resting in my hand, just staring at him and listening.
He is, indeed, a talkative bunny ... however, he knows what he talks about, knows his profession well, brings some great insights and conclusive statements. It is so refreshing to listen to bright intelligent human being for a change ! His appearance is kind and has a lot of class !
I have that problem as well. But in my experience it's not a good thing, people rarely has the patience to listen through, or are interested. So I have to contain myself, a lot.
I really love the passion Ben brings across! Theatre, music the arts in general are sooo vital for our creativity and I'm so glad to see that theatres don't die out. I dearly hope that Ben stays in the UK and doesn't get sucked into the Hollywood Filmmaking money machine too much. He has an exceptional talent, one of Britains finest actors!
He's so thoughtful, so thorough. I always appreciate what he says. He's so complimentary of his peers.Brilliant. I'm planning on visiting London to see Hamlet on stage in 2015.
The fact that Jez puckers his lips to kiss him, but ben leans his face towards Jez's lips so it's like a 'meet me halfway' thing is probably the most adorable things of my life omfg
he always takes forever to answer one question. but i dont mind actually cuz his elaboration is always beautiful, and his voice is beautiful, and he is beautiful so yea i'm gonna shut up now
Benedict is a great actor, i love him. theatre creates the best actors. Its a one time performance and mistakes must be strenously avoided. and! You get to ignite the emotions of audiences "in the moment". Powerful tool for artists.
I agree. To me the best brazilian actors came from theatre and when they finally have the chance to go to tv or cinema, they impress everybody. One of my favorite is Wagner Moura, he started as an stage/theatre actor and later stated acting on tv and cinema. And now he is starting to do foreign movies like Elisium or foreign series like Narcos, but there are so many others, thankfully a lot of brazilian actors still does plays even if they are already famous tv stars, when they're not filming a "novela" or a movie.
That's why he says he'll never do Twitter. 140 characters is not nearly enough for him to say a simple Hello! ;-). But I love listening to him. Could do it 24/7.
Is it weird that I find myself not listening to his words and rather looking his beautiful bone structure . . . wondering how lovely it would be to kiss him all over that sculpted face?
He is explaining why the theatre is so important in society and culture, and how glad he is to see this theatre company doing so well in their first anniversary, because it is difficult to make a theatre company that is successful in these days. . Of course, it is much more than that but that is the basic idea.

I totally relate....

I love how he gives long answers. To have a conversation with him would just be a delight.

@@CerridwenAwelSame! My family criticizes me for it often, so I don't feel like I can speak my mind around them.

It has its charm, yes. I wonder whether they'd like to be in a theater production together.

His eyes. His lips. His voice. His EVERYTHING.
I would like to see Cumberbatch on Inside the Actors Studio.
I'd been thinking the same thing for the last month since I met him in Sydney. I guess the problem is finding the time to tie him down to that chair.
I'm very much looking forward to the day.
he always takes forever to answer one question. but i dont mind actually cuz his elaboration is always beautiful, and his voice is beautiful, and he is beautiful so yea i'm gonna shut up now
I just got lost in his eyes while he was talking
Wind him up and watch him go. Gotta love this man. Adorkable sweet, charming. Going to see him at the Hay on wye festival in a week or so, can't wait.

Wafflebatch at his finest.
It is a bad thing to know a lot about the English language
I would like to understand what it says
He is explaining why the theatre is so important in society and culture, and how glad he is to see this theatre company doing so well in their first anniversary, because it is difficult to make a theatre company that is successful in these days. . Of course, it is much more than that but that is the basic idea.
Thanks for the sincere :) I finally understand
Esmeralda al-rebai
You are welcome!
how do women find him attractive? it seems that as long as you have money and fame. anyone is deemed attractive
Really? Are you deaf as well as blind? Or.. Let me guess... Jealous.
Wow. Even if he was ugly as hell he'd be a billion times sexier than you because of his brain. Did you even listen to him?
Holy crap, all these gushy comments are making me gag.
