The vocal in this song is very very unique and interesting. This album as a whole has so many catchy vocal arrangements. James really focus a lot on this part

Great reaction. After 4-5 listens I think this is the best track on the record. The first couple notes of that second solo give some heavy No Remorse vibes

the riff to me sounds like the first riff from Megadeth Holy Wars...The Punishment Due but slow
The initial riff is definitely borrowed from No Remorse but I ain't complaining.

@@pinoypower69 We've reached a point where almost every riff borrows or steals from a previous one, simply because of how many songs have been written. Look at comments for any songs and someone will point out it sounds like "X" song.
I can’t pit my finger on exactly why but this song reminds me of Escape, which Het famously hates. I love Escape, so I’m happy it evokes that. Def love this one.

The worst Metallica album ever (after St. Anger, of course)! Without even one really good song! And it's so pity for me as 53 y.o. really old fan, because between 1983 and 2003 this was my favorite band, my religion... This album is a shame!
