Bought one brand new December 1972 just before my 17th birthday from Kawasaki dealer in Hastings new Zealand had it for 2 years did 22ks no problem great bike
72 or 73 ? The confusion may be because different markets had slightly different models . American , British and European bikes had suttle differences. Also not all models are available in all markets. Cheers.
That looks more like a 73!?!. The 72 didnt have that paint color or front disc brakes? And the engine covers were’t polished on the sides in 72.. still a beautiful bike!! I have one just like it in my garage👍🏻😀🇺🇸
👍🏻😀🇺🇸. Love those dt’s also!! I have a 73 dt250 ,dark green. All the classic 2 strokes, street and dirt, are some of the most beautiful bikes out there!!
