When i was 16 i had a 175 Kawasaki dirt bike, A friend had a Kawasaki 500 triple. We traded for a day. I was IMPRESSED !. Couldn't keep the front wheel down. I weighed 98 lbs. The sound from under the fuel tank when you would blast her, was the wildest sound I ever heard back then. I was like it was going to suck my balz off ! Awesome experience !

Awesome job on that! I remember the 750 triple. Owned the 400, broke my arm on the 500, and almost bought the 750 but came to my senses before buying that one. Incredible sound to the 1250. Miss those 2 cycles. Take it easy, it's a beast!
Sounds like an entire race track when it starts up. Reminds me of my first bike in 1972, orange two stroke Yamaha, same instruments. Rode a 500 Kwacka then. Like a door hinge strapped to a rocket. Now have a Kawasaki Zx14r. Beautiful bike.

With the engine and the pipes it's really hard to believe that isn't a production model. Absolutely beautiful. Thanks for posting he video, it made my day.
The smell of 2-stroke exhaust. I used to run Klotz oil in my 2-strokes. Smelled kinda soapy. Loved it. I also love a bike with a kick starter. Just not a 1300cc one.

The rear shocks, along with the engine vibration were horrible. The guy I sold it to put chambers and different rear shocks on it. When he occasionally saw me, he'd ask me to ride it and wheelie it so he could watch. When I had the money I upgraded to a '74 900cc Z-1, rode it over 30 years, including a trip from upstate NY to CA after rebuilding it from the frame up after I totaled it from an accident. Finally when it was 43 years old I sold it. The good times rolled well in younger years. While watching this video I was hoping you'd crack the throttle to show me you can handle that monster. What I see missing in this monster version is new strong stabilizing rear shocks, gusseted frame & swingarm and stabilized triple tree for when this thing is launched. And the front caliper being stock is just terrifying with the rear drum brake. This new beast produced will rip that frame apart and hence the new widowmaker has been created!
Oh you lucky Bar-Steward! I remember what my H1 ( which had a 670cc big bore) was like, and 'That' was insanely quick. The one and only Alan Millyard! The guy is a total legend.

I was a teen when the 750 came out I rode a friends one time. Once was enough, the suspension and brakes were inadequate for this death trap. It was unpredictable and the front wheel would not stay on the ground. I got a Suzuki GT 380 also a 3 cylinder (2 cycle) which I rode for years. It was better suited for the brakes and suspensions of that era. The motorcycle radial tire had been introduced as well and it all got better from there on out. Now we have super bikes, again, that are really death traps for the largely inexperienced riders that run them. Same problem new age ...race engines on street suspension (compared to track versions of the same model).
lets put it this way. Allen Millyard designed and built a motorcycle with a V10 Dodge Viper engine in it. And its not a showbike, it runs and rides, and is road legal! It has clocked up over 9000 miles since built. Allen`s goal is to get 250 mph out of it. He has already reached 207..
I have always LOVED to Kawasaki triples, this is a fine example of a very nice hybrid...a bike like this, in the right hands, would give modern bikes a run for their $$$...
I've had every H series Kawasaki's that were ever produced. I can't imagine the POWER BAND on this bike. Was hoping to see it in full performance!!!! Gotta get ya breathing hard.. DAMN I WANT ONE....
I rode my custom H1 500 to high school thru out my senior year. Drag Raced the H2 early days of college. but did i ever thought of adding 2 additional cly.s to my bike....not in my wildest dreams. Mr Millyard your off the hook
***Alan Millyard is amazing*** I absolutely love that bike! Not only is it damn good looking, that motor and the sound with those pipes and everything else is so very cool and my goodness, I would love to own it! 🤘
Its actually fun and easy to ride. The wide engine and aft foot pegs takes some getting used to along with some swift kicking to start. Above 1/2 throttle it starts to wheelie. Full throttle is for straights only. Thanks for watching! -Kirb
I've had all the Kawi 2 strokers .and Yamaha also the Suzuki..the Kaw 750 n 900 were absolutely RIGHTIOUS...man if I only had TODAY..oh & this is just INSAINE....
Wonder how he stops the damn thing I owned one a 1972 first year 750 and it was blast to ride but you couldn't hardly stop it, sorry brakes. I wonder if it will out run a stock 750. Miss the old bikes . Triumph 650 tt specials 650 BSA old Jawas. I'm a old guy but still have my memories. Ride safe everyone !!!!!!
Twice the death wobble of the original! Whats not to like! I'd pay money to put it back to original 3 cyl, then put the best steering dampeners money could buy on it. Very collectible bikes if they are original, this is just a talking point conversion sadly, it's way to heavy and more awkward than it already was.
That's a really remarkable motorbike! Some years ago I saw an immaculate H2-based 4 cylinder parked at Sears Point in northern California. With the stock electric blue paint and all street equipment, that fourth cylinder wasn't immediately obvious! The craftsmanship was impeccable. Very possibly another Allen Millyard creation.
When I was 19 in 1973 Kawasaki came out with this 750cc 3 cylinder 2 stroke road bike called the H2. There were 12 of them sold in April of that year and 9 of them did not make it to the 4 lane highway due to people crashing them when they got on the throttle hard. They were a FAST bike for their time.
People? For1 thing, this impressive achievement is just another idiot demonic step backwards. Yahweh told us 75% are NOT humans. Satan has a clone shop &mind downloader. These clowns = foundation on clay. Ask them how or why, they say I dunno I just know. They don't know they not humans. *Go to hell Honda.* With your back stabbing 2019 "Monkey Bike." When u see manufactures like this, mocking u, u can pray4 their destruction. Is this bike really a mockery? Just it's handling is the very devil in engineering. If u 5 star review criminals, or merely sit on the fence or even move on, how does that help some1 is getting raped? how hard is it 2ask Yah 2send His angels instead - He will honor that. In 1994 I devastated California with most expensive disaster in USA history. Northridge earthquake. Why? I was legitimately angry. With California. Yah honored that for His purposes & believe me it was INSTANTANEOUS as I was speaking. I don't care what your name is. Or how big u think u are. I'm the engineer king of kings so feel free2 believe me. (with motorcycles) My last bike was XL 600R 1987. I quit riding when all manufactures persisted 2go 2absolute hell. The engineers are literally demons, fallen angels, &back stabbing humans &their bikes CURSED. These are really stupid, poisonous people. &Beings. Everything's engineered 2suck in money. All sorts of defincientcies deliberately tossed in2 fuel their wallets while hordes of frosting plastered on bikes 2cater 2glamour appeal. The whole industry is garbage absolute irreparable venom now. I remember when@ some point they didn't even list specifications anymore. Thnew breed of buyer are (poisonous) women mentality. (fashion) ..&Macho Gut Feel. Thbikes are grossly overpriced& it's hiway robbery. $12,000 4a 450cc trail bike. Satan as always leads. Unlike me, he has a massive fetish4 new stuff as he puts it. We spoke with him about this just last year. That's bcuz he was never satisfied 2begin with which is why he fell. Yahweh told us he was ALWAYS insecure. Halayel (his original name) was Yahweh's 1st ever created son. Yes his bikes are made 2drain u spiritually Yah told us he adores that. Your Honda engineers are HIS. Absolute magicians, they are millions of years old. Evil. Bikes stopped getting better. Began looking better instead bcuz people bought in2 it. Feeling better while performing far worse. Hell now days u can't just repair a bike u have2 dig thru a few Rubics cubes 1st in manuals written by very, very evil people who sit in a chair 8 hours figuring out how 2better drain your wallets. When u buy a bike now, u buying an advertisement deliberately de engineered 2make u crave next year's model. So u can be a complete whining loser like Satan. That crazy monkey bike with the insanely small wheels is gonna hurt a lot of people. That thing can go 60mph. 20mph is already very fast 2get thrown off a bike. Imagine running as fast as u possibly can into a tree. That's 20 mph 4u. I think all those head trauma guys weren't put in the hospital bcuz of motorcycles. I think it's bcuz of suspension. Or lack of it. That& 800 lb bikes. It took 3 of us 2keep a massive Harley upright crossing a stone creek at 1mph. A nurse told me its all biker head trauma now days. Why? All these guys have2 do is hit a small branch, pothole or rock. I hit 1 rock the size of a fist @45mph, landed with my front wheel leaving S shaped black marks on throad as it slammed side2 side& down I went worst crash I ever had. There's no reason4 a bike 2b over 300lbs &240lbs is easily achievable. But it should have suspension like "dirt" bike, ergonomic riding position XL600 configuration. Satanist engineering works like this: u engineer a bicycle, then lock that away, &come out with 12 models all designed 2b a compromise of the obvious (maybenot2u) ideal. Well, obvious 2me, I began as thbicycle spark plug king of kings world leader beginning 1986. I, We became tired of running with thSatanists. Especially when u people began 5star reviewing them. Hell with that. These manufactures make TAIL HEAVY scooter beginner bikes 4teen college girls with tiny wheels. Pure evil. I am a pro &with tiny wheels I am going DOWN. They know this too. They also know u will be buying another bike from them. Tail heavy is THVERY DEVIL 2control on 2BIG wheels. So I hear Honda "Gold" Wing is 90lbs lighter this year. How heavy is that thing now? Any1 know? If I even worked as a janitor at Honda, thLord WOULDNT have it. Don't even mention them. In heaven everything is all run by magnets &crystals. Free energy. Gas power monkey bikes Satan maintains only 2enforce his money chip. &He laughs. Yahweh was explaining to us Satan enjoys mocking people who buy his product. Honestly do not even touch these people. (Who are the engineer@ Honda? Evil humans. In addition, Yah turned Satan &his angels into Reptilian, who live in manufactured human bodies. They also place demons in human form, &erase their memories so word doesn't get out the Bible is real) "Every way of a man is upright in his own eyes" Is your bike REALLY that good? ruclips.net/video/MFzDaBzBlL0/видео.html
CriticalElixir , your brain is clearly not firing on all cylinders , perhaps it never did , who knows , in fact who cares . Best you get back to the funny farm and resume your medication 🤔
Amazing build! I had one early in 1971. Insane bike, could never keep the front wheel on the ground. Yeah, that engine will overpower the bike completely.
Five cylinders, very freaking cool bike! Having been a Kawasaki mechanic back at the time and having owned a few of these bikes I can give you a tip on starting. Just use the "choke" and leave the throttle shut when cold and it will start first kick. The "choke" is not a choke but an enricher plunger that opens a small port in the carburetor and pulls fuel up from the float bowl to the carb throat for cold starting. If the throttle is at all open you are simply bypassing the enricher circuit. When the engine is warm also leave the throttle closed and do no use the "choke". These are some of the easiest starting bikes ever if you use the right technique. The 1972 H1b and the 1972 S2 triples also used points ignition and are a complete pain to keep timed.
Millyard's Other Stuff Is Completely Outside Of My Experience. This, on the other hand, is sort of in my ballpark . . . . . . . which allows me to opine, with confidence, that . . . these are SICK.
Love it, love the old H2's. This should be a feature machine on Jay Leno's channel. Maybe beside his H2 in comparison, bring in the builder to describe the build??
Actually, not that hard to sync the carbs. I use my old Uni-Syn to adjust idle. The slides I adjust with a 7mm drill bit as a spacer per Allen's instruction.
@@cramersclassics That sounds like a pretty good method. We used vacuum gauges back in the day and that method was not reliable at all. I used to listen to the engine, cup my hands over the car intake all the while adjusting the mixture screws until I got the the throttle response right while getting a smooth idle.
It's really unfortunate when people build a masterpiece that they can't prove actually works. I understand that the driver is being very careful. But I want to hear the engine hit the powerband. The tuned pipes means it has a really strong powerband where the engine will take off like a rocket when you hit a threshold RPM. I'd like to know if the clutch and the chassis can actually handle the engine, or if it's just mainly for novelty?
@@Ritalie Hopefully the frame has been stregthened? As stock they were barely adequate to handle the weight and power of the stock motor! If the frame is stock I can understand his reluctance to 'push' it, when that thing comes 'on song' and hits the powerband......that front wheel is going to be lifting up! 😲😮😁👍😎
@@Ritalie The original frame couldn't handle a 750 engine let alone this, be interesting to see that thing wound up to 100 mph then watch the death wobble kick in, they were not called widow makers for nothing, fantastic piece of engineering though

It has clocked up over 9000 miles since built.
Allen`s goal is to get 250 mph out of it.
He has already reached 207..
Milliard is a mechanical genius ! I would love that bike ! 😊
you are lucky to have an allen genius millyard bike. the best of british.
I have always LOVED to Kawasaki triples, this is a fine example of a very nice hybrid...a bike like this, in the right hands, would give modern bikes a run for their $$$...
"a bike like this, in the right hands, would give modern bikes a run for their $$$..." lol ain't that a load of total BS
fits perfectly
Beautiful! These 70s sports motorcycles were something!
That flimsy frame proves that there is a fine line between genius and madness. I love it.
I've had every H series Kawasaki's that were ever produced. I can't imagine the POWER BAND on this bike. Was hoping to see it in full performance!!!! Gotta get ya breathing hard.. DAMN I WANT ONE....
And the torque. I wish he had more performance info.
I rode my custom H1 500 to high school thru out my senior year. Drag Raced the H2 early days of college. but did i ever thought of adding 2 additional cly.s to my bike....not in my wildest dreams. Mr Millyard your off the hook
Yes Allen is amazing, be sure to check out his videos and subscribe! Cheers, -Kirby
This man just kickstarted a 1300cc two stroke 🤟
And he didn't shit himself!
That's not really a big deal lol two strokes aren't compression monsters.....
@Gerry Cooney not really if the timing is correct, you kick it like you mean it and don't give it a buncha gas when you kick it over.
@Gerry Cooney - I concur. Saw some 500cc two strokes kick back and it didn't look like that much fun...
@@neilreid9005 not saying they won't
It is a 2 stroke that doesn't sound like 2 stroke, very nice engineering, very nice sounds, and very powerful. AWESOME BIKE!!
Allen Millyard is a mechanical genius...
***Alan Millyard is amazing*** I absolutely love that bike! Not only is it damn good looking, that motor and the sound with those pipes and everything else is so very cool and my goodness, I would love to own it! 🤘
There is always something amazing in this world
The ultimate deathwish widowmaker!
Its actually fun and easy to ride. The wide engine and aft foot pegs takes some getting used to along with some swift kicking to start. Above 1/2 throttle it starts to wheelie. Full throttle is for straights only.
Thanks for watching! -Kirb
Just what these widow makers need..2 more cylinders!
The widow maker was actualy the H1500 so called because of the appalling handling capability of the highly flexible frames.
@@jamesrichardfield-mitchell4447 yes!..I test ride one way back in high school..brought it back and said no thanks!
@@jamesrichardfield-mitchell4447 not to mention the absurdly narrow power band.

that thing is ...AWESOME.....
I've had all the Kawi 2 strokers .and Yamaha also the Suzuki..the Kaw 750 n 900 were absolutely RIGHTIOUS...man if I only had TODAY..oh & this is just INSAINE....
Allen's a genius, No one can argue against that.
The frames could not even handle the original engine, this must be hell to drive.....
I want one!
mightress in my day they were described as being made out of liquorice.
Ride Man ,,,,its Ride
Older bikes are sweet.
Well the material is stronger im sure.
Audio is all over the place. Pricey Neighborhood to be riding around with that load of a bike.
One of the best sounding engines Iv ever heard.
If you like 2 strokes. Best engine I've ever heard was a Packard Merlin in a P-51D. ruclips.net/video/Dm9K95nEMCQ/видео.html
16 years old in 1985 and I thought my Mach III 500 with chambers was gnarly.
Beyond menacing
When I was 19 in 1973 Kawasaki came out with this 750cc 3 cylinder 2 stroke road bike called the H2. There were 12 of them sold in April of that year and 9 of them did not make it to the 4 lane highway due to people crashing them when they got on the throttle hard. They were a FAST bike for their time.
A kick per cylinder lol
Amazing technical and mechanical engineering knowledge some people have
(with motorcycles)
My last bike was XL 600R 1987.
They also place demons in human form, &erase their memories so word doesn't get out the Bible is real)
"Every way of a man is upright in his own eyes" Is your bike REALLY that good?

I would like to add..... what a lovely area to live in too. 👍
The H2 probably the most dangerous factory built bike in times.
Mine almost hurt me once with a bad head shake or tank slapper as they would say.
H1500 was worse.
My 69 MACH III was worse. I ground everything low off it for ground clearance 😄. I did it on the road surfaces and survived. Did 12.8 1/4 on it.

What a clever bloke who built that.
love it! It literally says, 'vroooom!..vrooom!...vrooom!" when you crank the throttle^^

Amazing build! I had one early in 1971. Insane bike, could never keep the front wheel on the ground. Yeah, that engine will overpower the bike completely.
WOW, I never the bike existed. I learned something new, Thank You Sir!!
Sounds absolutely incredible
Thanks for showing this pretty and unique Kawasaki and congratulations to the builder and the owner
Marvellous piece of engineering
What a treat to see and hear this mighty two stroke. Crackle crackle.
A masterpiece!! Fantastic piece of work.......
I had the 250 3 cylinder 2 stroke version by kawasaki. clouds of blue smoke everywhere.
Madness made real! The original one was as mad as a box of frogs but the add two more cylinders is barmy 😱
Allen Millyard is a genius. There is no doubt.
That's a very cool bike. Very well done.
The Kaw Star Gazers were cool bikes just being able to add 2 more cylinders and make it all look, sound and run so well is a pretty amazing feat.
Millyard is one of a kind and so are his bikes
Oh man!!! I would hate to sync all those carburetors! Even syncing the carbs on the old 68 Honda Super Hawk was a chore!
Genius is really the only word for it.
Being a 5-cylinder machine, it so very much sounds like an Audi 5 cylinder, and a Dodge Viper 10 cylinder sound.
I'd love to ride that thing.
But the viper has 10 cylinders..
@Domino I think I see what you mean
Now put someone on it that will take it out of 2nd gear and give it more than quarter throttle! I want to hear that thing scream!
Let a teenager demo it next time.
That will be fun to watch.
Most of today's teenagers wouldn't have the guts to ride that beast - plus they would rather play on their X-Box and smoke weed.
