      I love my set up so much, I was hoping more people would like it too. Don't know if you saw how I converted my set up to a horizontal one, but I'm so pleased with how versatile it been, to be able to go from a wall mount, to mobile stand and now a RLT bed. Anyway, thank you so much for your comment Cynthia, your kind words mean a lot to me❣️ Lala

    It makes perfect sense. Think about it this way, plants, and us humans, need light every day. Cannot just put a plant in sun for a few days and then remove it. Know what I mean? Love your setup!

      Totally agree! I still use mine every day, but did miss several days over Labor Day weekend and could totally feel it. Now that you mention it, I did kind of feel wilted, like an uncared for plant. Lala

    This setup is brilliant. I ended up buying a full body panel (47 inches by 16.5) and tabletop from sgrow. They're the manufacturer for mitored. Cheaper and allowed me to customize the wavelength however shipping costs add up.
    I'm putting together a stand. I may consider getting 1 or 3 more tabletops so I can hit sides and top of the head.
    Originally I was thinking if there is a way to hit the head from all sides while I'm working at home but not sure how I can do that. I want the panel to sit to my side not on the table Infront of me.

      I thought about a 300 panel for overhead, but felt like with the coverage I'm already getting on the side, it might be overkill. And I like having a mini panel I can travel with.
      I'm curious, since you said you wanted to hit your head from all sides, while you're working... do you have your eyes open when you're facing the panels?

      @@lalahere if I'm doing body I keep my eyes open but if the panel is directed at my face I close my eyes. My understanding is that it's not harmful but recommend to not look start at light. Reason is for sensitivity but it's good for the eyes. I've done a session on eye with eyes closed.

      @@hf023 I keep my eyes closed when facing the panels and it's actually helped my dry eyes a LOT. I'm getting different comments from people on that. I'll probably be doing a video just on RLT and dry eye. Thanks for you input, Lala

    I bought the mito vertical stand can this exact setup be done if i wanted to lay down under the panels or this setup is best only if you are standing

    • @lalahere
      @lalahere  Год назад +1

      Hi Starr, if you bought the Mito stand that can be used in by horizontal and vertical, this might work. I think it's going to depend on the weight capacity for the stand. If I owned that's particularly stand, an knew it could support all five panels, I'd do that set up for sure, I'd love to be able to do my RLT laying down! Although, I think that set would take up a lot of space when you're not using it. Lala

      Hi, glad you asked. Here’s the full scoop on my red light sessions.
      I do one 20 minute red light session nearly every day. I used both Red (R) and Near-infrared (NIR) in the areas where I want maximum depth of RLT, which is my neck, spine, muscles and joints. The only area I use just infrared is my face, because I don’t feel like I need to go as deep there, since I’m just trying to improve my skin tone and texture, which it seems to be doing a great job of!
      Half of my session (10 mins.) is with my back to the panels, with all panels set to Red & NIR. Facing the panels, for the second half of(10 mins.) I switch the three smaller top panels to JUST Red. My overhead mini panel is always set the same as the three upper face panels, so 10 mins. on both R & NIR and 10 mins. on just R.
      I’ve try changing things up a few times, but I feel like these settings give me the best results. Thanks for giving me a chance to clarify with your question. Lala

    Was this a used red light mobile stand or a tv stand?

    • @lalahere
      @lalahere  3 месяца назад +1

      The one I bought was a used tv stand that happened to look just like red light stands I've seen online. I just finished turning my set up into a hormonal stand, to do my RLT laying down so I can do the bottom of my feet at the same time. Red light is great for Plantar Fasciitis. Lala

    Don't you have to stand a little far from the panels ? It seems that if you're 6+ I ches away then the side and top panels won't cover you right ? You have to be really close ?

    • @lalahere
      @lalahere  Год назад

      I stand about 10-12" from the panels. For the video I'm standing close and might have the side panels turned in to get them in the shot. The Mito panels have a 60 degree beam angle, so I get good coverage at that distance. I believe the Mito Flex beam angle is 30 degrees though.
      *EDIT/CORRECTION* I measured the distance last night while doing RLT... I actually only stand about 8" from the panels!

      So sorry to hear about you mom❣️ I lost my mom to breast cancer so I'm on high alert when it comes to watching out for that. I'll be praying for your mom as well❣️ I'm a little concerned about showing my mammogram and ultrasound images, because I don't want to make grandiose claims about red light therapy, as I have absolutely no medical background, but there doesn't seem to be any other explanation of my lump disappearing. I waiting for a thyroid ultrasound in a few weeks to see if there's improvement in that area too. I have multiple "nodules" that are being watched. If there's improvement there, I think I'll have to do a video for sure!
