This is pretty funny. I never thought the explosion could send chain chomp that high into the air! If the game was an actual character, it would probably cry in a corner by now. All that game rape xD But it's sooo entertaining to get more "content" out of this game. It just doesn't get old.

In particular the kick wall/get star glitch and especially the start riding shell/enter water (change vertical speed?) glitches look ripe for abuse.

This is very interesting. Is there any possible way to interrupt the cutscenes invovled with any other type of action? Is it perhaps possible to use some kind of cutscene glitch to prevent the 100 Coin Star dialog box from opening? If something like that were possible, you could collect the star while triggering the glitch, and the dialog box would not open up, allowing you to collect the star without needing to press a button. I was re-watching your No Buttons videos and I am grasping at straws and trying to think of a way to collect the 100 Coin Stars without needing to press a button on the dialog box... What happens if the coin you get in the air out of the cannon is your 100th coin? Can you trigger the star and the other two cutscenes at the same time? What would happen?
I doubt this matters to anyone since I was using the mutliplayer hack but when I was doing so on this level with the chain chomp we ground pounded his post normally and all and he did his jump around thing but missed the cage! then he jumped into the wall and kept doing so..so in the end my character was stuck standing still with a frozen camera waiting for the chain chomp to jump away so I told my brother (playing as luigi) to go for the star since his movement wasnt restricted to go for the star. he walked right through the gate as if it wasnt there and got the star. after that star get animation we were just stuck in the level with a frozen camera. bad luck right?
Hopefully simultaneous cutscene glitch abuse will be discovered in other courses and exploited. Or maybe even quicker methods of doing things in BoB will be discovered if nothing else.

I've notice when the camera returns to normal, it also returns to the original angle it was before the camera locked.

Probably the same thing that happens when the 100th coin is the 8th red coin -- both stars just spawn together.
In LLL, pannenkoek activated 4 stars at once - one cutscene played and 4 stars could be seen spawning.
