So happy to find you via Simon and Loui! Beautiful video! I often take screenshots and paint watercolors from them. If I paint anything from this video I’ll let you know, k? 🤓
Very nice, great work on the intro. Believe it or not the way most people feel about Alaska, is how I feel about Ontario. It's the interconnected lakes, drop and pool topography, the ancient granite bluffs, the fall colours, and especially the fish. Once you put the canoe in the water and leave the road network behind you start to experience true freedom. It's not as flashy as the mountains but lately it's the only voice I can really hear! Funny how nobody comes out east on their overland expeditions, I think people don't realize what's out there because they don't get away from the roads.
You make a good point. We’d both like to explore our east one day, but when we do we’ll likely bring a canoe and do some portage routes. But first, we’re aiming for the less developed parts of the world before they’re developed.😁 Thanks for watching!🙌🏻
@@SlowRoamers seeing the less developed parts of the world while you can is a great goal! I just moved to Nova Scotia and you wouldn't believe, it's 20 years ago out here, 40 years ago compared to Vancouver! You can still drive your rig out on the beaches here!
@@CanadianSledDog there’s definitely a few spots in Canada that are still considered less developed. We have our eye on northern BC or Yukon at this point.

I bought a 1982 van the previous owner spent alot of money on a hightop to be put on i dont care for it do you know anybody with a chevy van that wants a hightop n is willing to trade me there roof for the hightop i need a roof to put on after i take hightop off.
Hey 40 years experience here working on and fabricating on and for vehicles. So to install a hightop the roof metal is cut out leaving a couple inches all around the edge and the supporting roof support ribs are also cut out. Once this is done there's no going back, you're stuck with a hightop. Best to sell it as a hightop should be more valuable than a standard roof van and you can replace your ride with what you want for less monies.
@@JG-kv4oi i weld and fabricate i welded a whole new floor inner outer rockers cab corners bed floor wheel well fire wall and alot more in my 69 c10 welding the roof back on my van isnt something thats hard for me to do i just need the roof metal i dont like the hightop and want to take it back to original i done welded a new fender on and put an new engine in it and welded a new exaust up for it if id rather keep the van and just find one and cut the roof off and weld it on but i figure if someone wants a hightop becus apparently people like vans with them id just trade someone the hightop for the roof metal

You bet! 3” WeldTec Designs lift.
In such a seeming remote aria how is it that there are paths to walk on. Are they constructed or just worn in by use by both humans and animals or mostly humans? Since you are there I figure you would be a better judge. Good editing by the way.
A little bit of both. There are a lot of established hiking trails but sheep and goats make trails that they follow along mountainsides as well. Thanks for watching!😊🙌🏻

Shooting with a Sony a6700
I don’t understand what makes it organic. It was organic to begin with.
I bought a 1982 van the previous owner spent alot of money on a hightop to be put on i dont care for it do you know anybody with a chevy van that wants a hightop n is willing to trade me there roof for the hightop i need a roof to put on after i take hightop off.
Unfortunately I don’t think we can help you with that one.🫤
