@@sikamoreify I know right ! I had a memory pop up on my Facebook feed from 4 years ago when I first stumbled across these guys and 4 years later on I still listen to them on a daily basis and they only get better.
@@seanmclaughlin5234 just because they get compared to oasis too often doesn't mean it would hurt to cover a couple songs. I think rockin chair and im outta time would be great. Plus iv'e always wondered how liam would have sounded singing im outta time live in his younger voice. I know it's a different voice but it is a similar style and approach.
Borrowed all the juicy bits of the 80/90's Brit-indie and US alternative and married it to the classic song-writing traditions of Springsteen and Noel Ghallager..I.e great melody and a bombastic chorus.. the result is pure bliss!
LOVED their 'Believe' cover so much when I heard it on Like a Version (years ago) that I gave the band a good listen to, bought a few CD's. Magic voice, tight set, but what got me most was the scrappy cap, Adidas trackies, checkered shirt & chewie all while sounding like THIS! Damn! Great to see a band completely void of pretension and ego - even better they are Aussie
and better taste in music. What else gives you goosebumps? a baby laughing maniacally? An old man clearing his throat energetically? The death rattle of a slaughtered sow? love his voice, love the accoustic, love whole part of the song. his voice is really addictive, and really wonder how he sings better than recorded version
It's a technique to keep your mouth from getting dry. Both John Lennon and Paul mcCartney, as well as the previously mentioned Dave Grohl all chewed gum.
As a huge oasis fan and a musician, these guys are great in their own right and I love their stuff. I really don’t understand the comparison to oasis and how it sounds like them (not in a bad way).
DMA's will go down as one of the best Aussie bands ever
spaceforrest And just think about how good they are gonna be later down the line. They've only had one album and they're already this good.
Beacuse the lead singer is british!
no he's not bob h you flog
Yes he is British....He’s from Manchester

They should cover every song from Oasis' first two albums.
Shut up ✌🏻
Sean Mclaughlin couldn’t have put it better myself.👍

Sorry man. Johnny wrote this song about his own nan passing which is a funny coincidence I guess ! Probs explains why it resonates x
