Found old footage of me at 13 I had a much better style and flair than this but I can tell that he had a steely dedication and commitment to getting better which is evidenced here
That actually explains a lot as to why I never learned any crazy skate tricks even though I skated literally 24 - 7 till I was 18. My parents literally didnt care about me really nor did anyone else. Dont mind me just reminiscing lol
@@50zezimavictim mindset. You are better than that. Sure it helps to have guidance, would you have even listened? Some parents make kids feel embarrassed or uncool , takes the fun out of skateboarding not many pros get somewhere big anyway, you are probably better off now anyway. On a skateboard or at work. If you knew how to Ollie I'd say you had fun skateboarding 24/7.
Dude, I don't mean to make Jaws feel bad, because that's not what I do. But honestly I thought he was a lot older and it's because of the beard. But he's still cool asf and can wear his facial hair any way he wants. He's still way cooler than me.
Not trying to discredit what he has done because he is an amazing man and done shit I wouldnt dream of. As someone who grew up skateboarding and doing aggressive inline I can tell you the older I got the more daunting big stuff got. When you are young you recover fast, and even if it seems higher, you are a lot closer to the ground so falls do way less damage. Sicc mongo push bro!!! 😂😂😂!! Im just playin brother. I had a friend that started off pushin mongo and ended up goin pro. Thanks for showing us the old footy. Love ya Aaron!!!!!!
A few of these are from spots you've showed us before! I recognized them from the video where you helped the dude clean up his parking lot. Thanks for the videos, Bro. Best part of my day is watching your video.
damn man that was sick! even though you didn't get the sponsors at that time I'm glad you kept on grinding! this is proof that hard work pays off!! get that guap!
Its awesome to see that you're still hitting the same spots til this day man. Thanks for keeping the videos rolling. I really enjoyed this one. You encouraged me to jump on the board again after a decade +. Im even working with my 8 year old on his first Ollie. Thanks alot man!
It is awesome how you are still shredding and getting out there. I saw your friend with grind transition to blunt on that kinky rail. I really enjoy it. Thanks for throwbacj. Keep skatin, Thank you for the inspiration. I would like to do that kickflip to rock, never got one of those. 🙂
Great clips, I thought I saw that famous first hand rail..or maybe it just looked simular. Thanks for posting Aaron !! Hope your knee is getting better.
Sick video man thanks for sharing those kickflips had some momentum on em spinnin hella fast!! Shout out to your parents for supporting your dream brotha!!
Gosh, I remember when PV park didn't exist. Time flies. I saw a John Motta parent filmed sponsor tape once around that same time. You should see if he has that.
Watching this vid makes me to go dig up my old footage. For some reason I can feel so much nostalgia from this. I think it reminds me of my childhood and how my friends and I would just skate everything. I really enjoyed this video. Cannot wait for the next videos!
Love the positivity of Jaws man. Always makes me wonder who thumbs down stuff like this. Even if for some reason you don’t like the skating you know his story in regards to the gnarly gromit in this video making it in skateboarding and I think that’s pretty cool man. There’s a lot of bitter haters around. We need to stop that stuff ✌🏼
Mongo Jaws sweet man. Took me a couple years to get it right. I'm 32 I wish I was still skating. Grew up staking around Ben Gore and some of those guys when he lived here in South Florida. The old mini dv footie and threads bleed nostalgia of my skate days as a teen
As someone who was your age in 2003, when you dropped in at Vans' 12 foot half pipe, that alone made this video. I remember standing at the top when I was 13 and my legs would shake. I miss that park. Good shit, dude.
Damn dude that was so rad you were always a legend! I tried my first handrail when I was 12 and busted my tailbone I tried again a few months later just after recovering and sure enough I broke it again but still been skating ever since! Skaters like you inspire the hell out of me, much love dude!!
Hi sir! im your fan from philippines! Im 17 years old and i love watching you videos before i skate on streets! I been skating for 2 months and everytime i watch your skate videos i make it my own motivation to improve skateboarding❤
That kick flip over the razor scooter was more a political statement than a trick
I skated and died, but I loved my scooter.
lmmfgdao
Heh

On god, scooters for life tho yew
If that kid would have known how far he’d come he’d be very excited to wake up every morning and go to bed every night
That's implying that he wasn't excited to wake up when he was young haha
Modest89 lol correct
He prolly still was just to get better
When u discover skateboarding. You already are. Skating was/ is freedom, its like no other
2:32 is that the zone skatepark?
"see if you were as good as jaws at 13"
-treflips off a bench
-ollies into a massive bowl
"Not even close"
the deep end looked like snedigar
I was probably better trying to get back into it now though but I suck at 30 might just teach
Yeah that ollie into the bowl I was like wtf lol.
Actually I was. Unfortunately I stopped skating anyways as I got my 1st car and girlfriend.

The fact your parents filmed you gave me goosebumps, they really believed in you. I think that was the best part of this video.

That makes you born in 1990, that makes you 30. That beard makes you look like you are 65! Just messing around man so you know, I love your content.

Might make him look older but the beard is super sick
0:48 There's that stair set you were talking about
Dude that’s crazy
I wish I could have been this cool as a kid. This made me cry but the good kind. Man I wanna meet you jaws so bad you're inspirational!
💚💚💚
You were doing higher drops than most adults at age 13. Absolute madman.

gnarly footage man, some really huge tricks and jumps for a 13 year old, very impressive
DOPE! You're already high flying over the stairs at that age. Oh! that stairs you were talking about was there in that video.😎😍🤘👍🤟💪
Jaws your the man and one of the best human ever and still was the goat ever since you were young
Its awesome to see that you're still hitting the same spots til this day man. Thanks for keeping the videos rolling. I really enjoyed this one. You encouraged me to jump on the board again after a decade +. Im even working with my 8 year old on his first Ollie. Thanks alot man!
