I feel we need a diet which is permanently sustainable.. so we must consider all factors. I start with Tea and 2 biscuits. B/F - Green juice, 5 almonds, small bowl of any fruit and eggs post exercise. Lunch - salad plus home cooked food. Eve- Tea with nuts or nachni chips. Dinner- soup or sautéed veges plus small portion of protein (could be veg). In the night one must take cooked veges. It’s easy for digestion. It works like wonders.
I am following DIP diet since last seven months. I am really very happy and felling healthy. Since 2000 I am type 2 diabetic person. Today I am 62 years old and doing well. Today my type 2 Medicines are completely stopped and I reversed my diabetes because I stopped carbohydrates last seven months. I became vegan from last 2 years. Today I am managing my fasting sugar i. e. 120 and PP i.e. 130. My Hba1c is 5.4 Because I am following DIP diet, doing one hour yoga, Walking 7000 steps every day.
Good explanation. Only carbs too is necesary for brain and body. I am following DIP diet and doing physical excercise mixing with sunlight for 30minuts minimum. Weekend I am eating besan pálidas etc as cheating one day diet to have my bowels clean. It's very good therapy and with changes here and there, it can be very useful for those who want to improve. I have left my 6 tablets a day post bypass surgery and I highly recommend all to follow DIP diet. THANKS To DOCTOR BISWAROOP who has contributed lovely positive drastic change in my life. JAI HO🙏
For veg protein, we can add rajma, dal, chole bade chane, mung and chane ke sprouts, bhaje hua chane, ground nuts with all other nuts like amond, walnuts etc in regular interval in weekly basis.. Mix dal or tadka dal also we can take in weekly basis.

Changing your food habits after so many years is a little difficult but if you want to become healthy and disease free you need to do it.

Those who r non veg lovers they can take meat etc but once a meal in a week but only after following strictly on dip diet for 3 months after that only u can take non veg once in a week
B12 and trace minerals animals mein bhi plants se hi ate hain. Kacche root vegetables have plenty of B12, the vitamin is produced by organisms in the soil. Even after washing there's a lot that remains. In dip diet they don't recommend refined oils though. I know about the ayurveda principle about eating a single kind of fruit, i had been following the diet given by satvic movement for a few months, usme ek tarike ka fruit hi khane ko bolte hain. Wo b breakfast me hi lena hota hai just like dip diet. Jaise hi maine fruits ka combination lena start kia, i felt a huge difference. The quantity and the variety brings out the medicinal qualities of the foods, it functions in the body in a different way than if we eat it normally. So i think the fruit variety wala thing is well thought and intended like that. In ayurveda they also say don't mix raw and cooked food (like salad before lunch) but dip diet ke tarike se lene par it actually feels better. I would say this is a more refined diet, and beyond the simple principles. Bcos i have tried both. And we better not question certain things based pn our little knowledge, bcos this guy (dr brc) is a lot more knowledgeable and there is so much data and people's reviews to prove. If we watch his workshops he explains everything in great detail, maybe in some vidoe your doubts are covered too. I do remember him once talking about that gas wala problem, and cold nature of fruits, but he said these issues will not aggravate, in fact heal if u follow properly. In the beginning of disease reversal second plate in lunch, i guess in dinner too is recommended to be avoided.
I watched your videos 2 years back but I didn't care on your points, but today I realized how genuine your words are. How much protein and fats are important to our body. First of all if we eat fruits *10 of your body weight it will definitely shoot up insulin level so we should limit our fruits intake level. Not only that, total carb intake should be restricted not more than 200 gms. Also we should consume good amount of healthy fats in our daily diet and many more other points to focus.

You are right about the vaat imbalance with this diet. I practiced this diet plan plan for 15 days. My vaat dosha went haywire and started having joint pains. Then I realised the excess raw food intake is causing problems. However, it had many benefits too, it improved my digestive system, skin texture, acne reduction, felt really light.
I had this problem too but then I started boiling veggies a little till my body was able to adapt to eating them. Now I can eat raw too otherwise I used to throw up. It is about habit.
Steamed veggies are a good alternative especially for people with vaat dosha, as per Ayurveda it's not good to eat raw salad in the evening. So salad can be replaced with steamed veggies during dinner. Also doing away with wheat flour and switching to millets and multigains will do wonders to this diet plan
These are detox symptoms. They happen when you're healing. Probably your dosha would have gone away if you continued. Headache, gas, joint pains are normal. Many things in the body go haywire when it is throwing out toxins. Like u do a deep cleanse in your house, wash and rearrange everything etc, isn't everything haywire then? But it is worth it. And if u continue, you will have a much better n clean house later. In satvic movement they talk about these things. U should find out more a about it, they warn of these things when they recommend their diet (it is quite different than DIP, but it is also used to reverse diseases).
I have followed the dip diet for last 40 days and my blood sugar has come to normal level so that I don’t need to have any medicine, all of the medicines have been stopped also weight has reduced such that I have become slim as against tummy fatty man. My fast Sugar was 384. After getting D.I.P diet for 10 days ......fasting 294.......after again 15 days And d.I.p diet my Sugar level was 106......now my random Sugar level is 136 at evening time.
If possible make a video on diet for people with type 1 DM(insulin dependent) for over 25 years?. A diet which would also control their blood sugar preventing them from going hypoglycemic and also they'll be able to get all their Nutrition. A humble request 🙏.

Thank you for acknowledging about the good and bad effects of D.I.P diet because so many people are just following the diet without knowing the cons of this diet. When you will leave D.I.P diet because of any reason your body will not react in a healthy manner as your gut will become very sensitive. My family is a big fan of DBRC and if they leave this diet they become very sick as their digestive system is so weak that it cannot digest even a single teaspoon of ghee.

Excellent explanation..much needed.. Raw salad, one sd be careful if Vayu prakriti. Also with two meals restriction one has to be thoughtful for balanced nutrition and sure for omega 3..ghee sd be mentioned too which helps rid of gas and slow release of sugar in blood. Thanks. Good video..I am vegan since 2 years (not on DIP diet) but I believe supplementation is important for long term especially B12..K2 and omega 3 also need our attention..hence, I agree vegan diet cure lot of problems but awareness of macro and micro nutrients are important.
After 6 months my diabetes is under controls I was suffering from type 2 diabetes for 6 years. But I am also taking sridhanya millets, which is very important.

Can you please extend the lunch and dinner protocol. For example i am 100 kg so in lunch do i need to have 250 gram of salad and rest of 250 in dinner. Or Its 500 gram in lunch and 500 gram in dinner.
Hi everything u said is fine wid me but I have a very severe sinus prob....if I eat raw veggies just palak cucumber bottle ground beetroot tomatoes nd other green vegetables nd also fruits like oranges masambi kiwi pine apple banana nd etc types I suffer from severe headache severe sinus running nose nd throat pain....wt shall I do....I have done all examine I have no any problem except hyper acidity nd also have stone in my gallbladder...else m fit....
I would recommend that you eat all the foods you mentioned along with certain warm spices like black pepper, clove, bay leaf etc in small qty. Also, sunbathing is essential in your condition. If raw veggies are triggering way too much, then you can slightly boil/steam/cook them & consume.
Potassium & insulin works together... Thats why fruit is allow in dip diet... & This diet is all about nitrate oxide... High Nitrate oxide heals you... & Nitrate oxide comes from raw fruit and vegetable👍🏻

I feel we need a diet which is permanently sustainable.. so we must consider all factors. I start with Tea and 2 biscuits.
B/F - Green juice, 5 almonds, small bowl of any fruit and eggs post exercise.
Lunch - salad plus home cooked food.
Eve- Tea with nuts or nachni chips.
Dinner- soup or sautéed veges plus small portion of protein (could be veg). In the night one must take cooked veges. It’s easy for digestion.
It works like wonders.
Soon all hospitals will be closed. And all endrocroncologists will stand on footpath with kotora.
Don't you think mind has some relation with food ?

I am following DIP diet since last seven months. I am really very happy and felling healthy.
Since 2000 I am type 2 diabetic person. Today I am 62 years old and doing well.
Today my type 2 Medicines are completely stopped and I reversed my diabetes because I stopped carbohydrates last seven months. I became vegan from last 2 years. Today I am managing my fasting sugar i. e. 120 and PP i.e. 130. My Hba1c is 5.4 Because I am following DIP diet, doing one hour yoga, Walking 7000 steps every day.
Please share what did you eat from morning to night. You stopped all carbohydrates….did you stop fruits also?

Good explanation. Only carbs too is necesary for brain and body. I am following DIP diet and doing physical excercise mixing with sunlight for 30minuts minimum. Weekend I am eating besan pálidas etc as cheating one day diet to have my bowels clean. It's very good therapy and with changes here and there, it can be very useful for those who want to improve. I have left my 6 tablets a day post bypass surgery and I highly recommend all to follow DIP diet. THANKS To DOCTOR BISWAROOP who has contributed lovely positive drastic change in my life. JAI HO🙏
There are many who cured with DIP diet. Dr BRC is a great person of India.
For veg protein, we can add rajma, dal, chole bade chane, mung and chane ke sprouts, bhaje hua chane, ground nuts with all other nuts like amond, walnuts etc in regular interval in weekly basis.. Mix dal or tadka dal also we can take in weekly basis.

Changing your food habits after so many years is a little difficult but if you want to become healthy and disease free you need to do it.

Those who r non veg lovers they can take meat etc but once a meal in a week but only after following strictly on dip diet for 3 months after that only u can take non veg once in a week
B12 and trace minerals animals mein bhi plants se hi ate hain. Kacche root vegetables have plenty of B12, the vitamin is produced by organisms in the soil. Even after washing there's a lot that remains. In dip diet they don't recommend refined oils though. I know about the ayurveda principle about eating a single kind of fruit, i had been following the diet given by satvic movement for a few months, usme ek tarike ka fruit hi khane ko bolte hain. Wo b breakfast me hi lena hota hai just like dip diet. Jaise hi maine fruits ka combination lena start kia, i felt a huge difference. The quantity and the variety brings out the medicinal qualities of the foods, it functions in the body in a different way than if we eat it normally. So i think the fruit variety wala thing is well thought and intended like that. In ayurveda they also say don't mix raw and cooked food (like salad before lunch) but dip diet ke tarike se lene par it actually feels better. I would say this is a more refined diet, and beyond the simple principles. Bcos i have tried both. And we better not question certain things based pn our little knowledge, bcos this guy (dr brc) is a lot more knowledgeable and there is so much data and people's reviews to prove. If we watch his workshops he explains everything in great detail, maybe in some vidoe your doubts are covered too. I do remember him once talking about that gas wala problem, and cold nature of fruits, but he said these issues will not aggravate, in fact heal if u follow properly. In the beginning of disease reversal second plate in lunch, i guess in dinner too is recommended to be avoided.
I watched your videos 2 years back but I didn't care on your points, but today I realized how genuine your words are. How much protein and fats are important to our body. First of all if we eat fruits *10 of your body weight it will definitely shoot up insulin level so we should limit our fruits intake level. Not only that, total carb intake should be restricted not more than 200 gms. Also we should consume good amount of healthy fats in our daily diet and many more other points to focus.

You are right about the vaat imbalance with this diet. I practiced this diet plan plan for 15 days. My vaat dosha went haywire and started having joint pains. Then I realised the excess raw food intake is causing problems. However, it had many benefits too, it improved my digestive system, skin texture, acne reduction, felt really light.
Joint pains and other discomforts are the healing crisis, when your body is trying to cleanse. It will slowly go away with time.
I had this problem too but then I started boiling veggies a little till my body was able to adapt to eating them. Now I can eat raw too otherwise I used to throw up. It is about habit.
Steamed veggies are a good alternative especially for people with vaat dosha, as per Ayurveda it's not good to eat raw salad in the evening. So salad can be replaced with steamed veggies during dinner. Also doing away with wheat flour and switching to millets and multigains will do wonders to this diet plan

These are detox symptoms. They happen when you're healing. Probably your dosha would have gone away if you continued. Headache, gas, joint pains are normal. Many things in the body go haywire when it is throwing out toxins. Like u do a deep cleanse in your house, wash and rearrange everything etc, isn't everything haywire then? But it is worth it. And if u continue, you will have a much better n clean house later. In satvic movement they talk about these things. U should find out more a about it, they warn of these things when they recommend their diet (it is quite different than DIP, but it is also used to reverse diseases).
I have followed the dip diet for last 40 days and my blood sugar has come to normal level so that I don’t need to have any medicine, all of the medicines have been stopped also weight has reduced such that I have become slim as against tummy fatty man.

Thank you for acknowledging about the good and bad effects of D.I.P diet because so many people are just following the diet without knowing the cons of this diet.
When you will leave D.I.P diet because of any reason your body will not react in a healthy manner as your gut will become very sensitive. My family is a big fan of DBRC and if they leave this diet they become very sick as their digestive system is so weak that it cannot digest even a single teaspoon of ghee.

Raw salad, one sd be careful if Vayu prakriti. Good video..I am vegan since 2 years (not on DIP diet) but I believe supplementation is important for long term especially B12..K2 and omega 3 also need our attention..hence, I agree vegan diet cure lot of problems but awareness of macro and micro nutrients are important.

No nonveg, dairy products, refined products etc.
Itna saara fruits nai kha saktey baki sab ready to follow. Is that ok! 1 kg is too much fruits.

Hi everything u said is fine wid me but I have a very severe sinus prob....if I eat raw veggies just palak cucumber bottle ground beetroot tomatoes nd other green vegetables nd also fruits like oranges masambi kiwi pine apple banana nd etc types I suffer from severe headache severe sinus running nose nd throat pain....wt shall I do....I have done all examine I have no any problem except hyper acidity nd also have stone in my gallbladder...else m fit....
I would recommend that you eat all the foods you mentioned along with certain warm spices like black pepper, clove, bay leaf etc in small qty. Also, sunbathing is essential in your condition. If raw veggies are triggering way too much, then you can slightly boil/steam/cook them & consume.
