Very nice. I was just realizing this yesterday when I noticed the difference between flat feet serves and having the heel raised. I agree!

Thanks. An OG I know who can barely run hits a cannon ball. I've watched him to see how he does it. Heels come up!! He doesn't even get much of a racket drop. Still, the sound/speed he gets is amazing. Heels and hand for sure!

Steve thanks, connecting the dots made easy really inspires confidence even before I try it. Kick Serve also applicable to H-H-H please ?

      Hi
Yes hhh is applicable to every serve. It's a great way of coordination the movements

@@oneminutetennis it is great, everything comes together much easier. I'm really short for today's game. If I can orchestrate all the different movements in a flowing kinetic chain then I have a much better chance of hitting the ball from higher up after some spring in my step. I took on a singles match I didn't expect to play last night and this guy was a pusher extraordinaire he simply deflected the ball every time. If you use power he sent the ball in another side of the court to keep you running. However I did confuse him regularly with the kick serve. He was noticeably agitated. Can't believe how lackadaisical you get in doubles compared to singles. I hadn't played singles in a long time and just couldn't hit my marks for the singles Court. It was an old-fashioned thrashing but you learn things perhaps better when you lose so it was all good 🙂

Both heels simultaneously or the back only? Thank you!

      Great question.
By the end of the racket drop it is always both heels.
But some players, Federer eg begin with one and some players kyrios eg use two.
I think you have to play with this.

      Hi
      Thanks for the encouraging words.
The one minute name is not so simple.
It is based on the ideas of Dr Spencer Johnson who wrote the one minute manager.
The principle being that all learning, teaching and meaningful interaction takes place in one minute or less
But the overall presentation.... The introduction, clarification etc. Means it is a much longer time.
      Does that make sense?
      Glad your enjoying the channel.
